Soft mattresses may post great advanced stats, but they don't past the eye test. Plus you have to take into the account the era you were sleeping on them. Soft mattresses 20 years ago can't hold a candle to the soft mattresses of today.

I've had the same mattress for 20 years. Has piss stains and everything from the children. Comfortable as hell. I wouldn't trade it for anything.
