Zo's Hall of Fame Induction

Post#1 » by LoveMyHeat » Sat Aug 9, 2014 2:16 am

This really needs its own thread. I can't watch it right now, but you bet your ass I'll have it on replay.

Love this dude. Thankful he was apart of our organization and a great story when it comes to his kidney issues.

Missed it!
Can someone post the video of his speech here? Just watch his presser after the 06 finals and his jersey retirement on YouTube...his passion is what defines the Miami Heat.
Cleveland will never have what we had...they can win 5 in a row...I wouldn't trade our 3 and Zo for it!!

Fantastic speech. Love Zo, as well do. I love the bond he has with Riley and is a true Riley disciple. Loved when he talked about the Arison's as well and called Micky the best owner in sports.

I felt suttle jabs at Lebron... But of course that's how I chose to interpret it lol

I'm surprised we didn't have a thread for it. He's only the first Heat player in the Hall of Fame and the first real franchise player we've had and a pillar to our franchise's history.

Here's his entire speech: http://www.nba.com/video/channels/hall_ ... :nbahpt13a

I just listened to it in its entirety on the way from work. All I can say is :*)
Thank you for all the memories Zo, you're my favorite athlete ever and a wonderful human being.

Can't wait for when Tim Hardaway gets inducted in the next couple of years. These guys are Heat family no matter what.

Not a bold statement. Zo is/was the heart of the Heat. He needs a statue outside of AAA.

Finally watched his speech. Proud to have cheered for this guy. Congrats to Zo.

A little OT but anybody notice that Jordan's HOF speech in 09 was 23:23 long. lol
