JV is young, sometimes answers abit to hard for journalists, but lithuanian media level is very poor, very bad and repeating questions in each interview...U dont heard how lithuanian famous players Sarunas Jasikevicius or Sabonis was talking to lithuanian media, JV looks looks like innocent kid comparing to them. :)

And there was very popular question in lithuania, how is climate in team? They ask each player and ask same question, some players answers norally, some players, coaches get angry when they get this question all over again. Journalists just wants to get answer what things is bad in team, so more audience will read it.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ydRImcPMANo
after game coach at 1:46 says about JV leg problem.
Coach: In the morning training JV puted hands on leg and was drove to hospital to do magnetic resonance.
Girl journalist asked about JV:What did magnetic resonance showed.
Coach:It showed that it is small problem, but its not that big how it looked.

JV interview after game, but its other than first interview in the court and JV was smiley all over the place, so dont worry Toronto guys!:

"Australians is really powerful competitioners, really it was hard to fight under the basket, they run very fast and they are athletic players, it wasnt easy game.
Journalist girl asks: JV what was with leg? It was said you were rushed to hospital.
JV smiles: NO :), i drove myself. No, everything is fine with leg really.
Later JV asked another journalist question: This is just practice games, this is just preperation, all games in the future, we need to get best form and show it during championship.

Sorry i tried to translate as best as i could, my english isnt that well. Leg is fine overal it seems JV was really positive and happy overal. Dont worry!

Lithuanian team climate is very good. They work really hard, but always throws some jokes, especially these 2 brothers number 7 and 12, JV also throws some jokes around. Lithuanian team always had good climate for multiple years and Lithuanian team really tries to play like a team, which is what Lithuanian team always was build around a team, not big names, tho JV is improving so fast, maybe he will be really big name soon :), as Arvydas Sabonis or Sarunas Marciulonis or some others, im sure Raptors will behave bright future, just pray for JV to stay healthy all the time.

Or perhaps it's because they don't cheer and aren't cheerleaders. They're dancers.

What's funny is that I had lunch with Terrence Ross' agent yesterday. We talked about every possible scenario. Toronto never came up.

Every player in the league got skinnier except for Jonas. Didn't he get the memo about the league's new steroid testing policy?

Yeah he is back from injury and playing for the Boomers finally.
Not sure how match fit he is though, he has had a long down time due to injury.
I think he has been recovering at the AIS (Australian Institute of Sport), where the Boomers head coach works with the Junior National teams.
If he can get fit he could be a decent backup big at the Worlds, but he looked winded after a few minutes in the Finalnd v Australia game a few days a go.
