I believe Warren will get the start. Its a good opportunity to show the kid what this league is about, and we in turn get to see what he is really made of. Alot of teams use the first week or so of games to test out their rookies/new FA's to see where everyone is with their game. Teams havent got into their groove yet and are still trying to figure out their rotations, so its the perfect time to try out the new guys.

There is no way Warren starts for Hornacek unless he just kills it in training camp.

Either Green or McMo gets the job.

Posted this on the general board...

Something to consider... I bet our offer is contingent on a physical which Bledsoe and his agent are reluctant to accept. Maybe they are buying time so that knee heals a little bit more to give him a clean bill of health? Risk, risk, risk... That knee may be a bigger issue than we are giving it credit.

What if he played injured at the tail end of the season so that we wouldn't require a physical???

Could be a possibility. I think the wait is because of an inexperienced agent, and really nothing to lose if they wait. We haven't taken the offer off the table, nor threaten to lessen it.

We all saw the Dragic for Hibbert offer. If somehow Bledsoe wants IND, would you trade Bledsoe for Hibbert? I rather let Bledsoe walk for nothing or in return trade Hibbert for some assets.

Last player I want on this team is Roy Hibbert. Just another Robin Lopez. Doesn't fit on this style.

@foxsports910: .@judefox10 on #Suns & Bledsoe: "I think it's personal. I don't think a max offer is going to solve this strained relationship."

What did the suns do that was so bad? They offered Bledsoe multimillion dollar deal. Guess that's so horrible. It's official, Bledsoe and Richie need to go.

They won't come in for a physical because anything less than a clean bill of health from the best medical staff in the league would significantly drop his value. I'm thinking they are looking for a deal with guarantees which the team agrees to without a physical.

I would do Bledsoe for Hibbert if somehow the Pacers buy out David West or we can obtain David West by some other means. It would really round out our roster nicely and we'd easily be the deepest team in the league, it would just come down to chemistry at that point.

The Phoenix Suns are open to further contract talks with Eric Bledsoe, who remains in limbo as a restricted free agent.

"We value Eric as a player," owner Robert Sarver said. "I hope at some point we'll be able to sit down and meet with those guys and make a deal."

A Comcast SportsNet Northwest report quoted a source who said the Suns' relationship with Bledsoe "is on the express lane to being ruined."

ESPN.com's Chris Broussard reported that the relationship is going in the "wrong direction."

"Maybe that's just posturing and negotiating," Sarver said of the reports. "We haven't heard from the guy in four months, so I couldn't tell you. I do know that when he played here, he felt good about the organization, his coaching staff and his teammates at the end of the season. We had the same feelings toward him."

The Suns have a four-year, $48 million offer on the table.

Apologies if this has already been posted, but wow.

Talk about unprofessional. It's unfortunate.

Rich Paul is giving his client very, very poor advice.

Lies....Bledsoe was in Phoenix 3 or 4 weeks ago.

The Monroe situation is more mysterious because he denied that they offered him 5/60. So does anyone know what the actual offer was?

Bad news.

If Bledsoe negotiates for 7-8 million more over 4 years, he has absolutely no risk in signing.
