Season schedule released!

Post#1 » by KaneSFFL » Wed Aug 13, 2014 10:58 pm

Great to see us get some games on espn and TNT again, and I'm sure if we do well towards the latter part of the season we will get even more games on nbatv and such.

We open against the lakers at home, then get the spurs and the lakers again two games later. Tough schedule early with tough games and on the road a lot but great stretches of 8 straight home games in late January and an even better stretch of 9 of 10 at home in early march. Great way to win some games and improve positioning.

We do finish on the road again, with 4 of our last five on the road but hopefully by then we have a playoff seed locked up! 8-) crossing fingers for 52 wins!

Let's go suns! Despite all the drama of our offseason with Bledsoe, I'm so stoked to see who we will be playing and when! Stoked for the organization, stoked for the coaching staff, and stoked for the players most of all! Also the city of phoenix, we are truly on e rise with a relatively new owner, new coaching staff, and young talented players.

I may be most stoked for markieff to see what he does for us this year with the chance to start!

17 nationally televised games (including NBA TV) but our first isn't until Jan. 7th, nearly until the 2nd half of the season. That is weird.

Lol and that's usually the time players start missing games due to injury also.

Our opening game will have a lot of hype around it cause it's the return of Kobe and debut of the new look Lakers (Byron Scott, Jeremy Lin, Carlos Boozer, Ed Davis etc).

We play the Lakers twice in our first 4 games. I usually like the 4 Laker games panned out throughout the whole season.

Defending champs in 2nd game.

I think it will be good to play those solid teams early. We will see if we are for real.

I'll be going to the Blazers game, February 5th in Portland. Any Suns fans live out there? Just landed a job out there.

Thanks I did 4 years in the military so it helped me land the job surprisingly. After a month and a half on terminal leave in Tempe, I felt it's time to get back out of AZ, lol.

Only 2 other teams have less rest than their opponents than the Suns
