Ruzious, it was interesting to see the much bigger Nene going right at Faried. Team USA is very undersized up front.

Nene had a pep to his step. Had a couple dunks and good lift on them.

I think he needs to drop a few pounds. But good he hasn't hurt himself... Yet

I ran the partial box score through my spreadsheet and Harden looked to be the team's 2nd most productive player behind Davis. Faried and Plumlee were also decent. No one else did a lot. Those four accounted for about 85% of the team's production. That's without the defensive adjustment.

I'm attending the USA/DR game this evening. Nice to be able to root for both of my countries! Dual citizenship has its benefits when it's an assured blowout. :)

You'll have a up close look at a lotto big man prospect from the DR. Karl-Anthony Towns is going to be a freshman for coach Cal in Kentucky next year.

He also did this:

What are the odds that Rose isn't missing these practice and the exhibition because of pain/swelling. First they say he missed on planned practice. No mention of another. The. He is missing other practices and now they say those are planned too. No mention of planning to miss the exhibition. Now all of a sudden he isn't playing the exhibition, and guess what! It is just to get other guys some minutes.

I don't buy it. He is definitely having issues.

Was a really boring game honestly. Massive Dominican crowd, which was cool. But everyone basically cheered for both teams.

One strange thing was people chanting for Derrick Rose in New York.

Only thing that really stood out for me, it is shocking how gigantic Drummond is.....he made Cousins look tiny.

I think if we had Horford we could have lost by 20+ instead of the 40. Wasn't there suppose to be a Kentucky player on our team?

He had 0 points, 2 boards. He was completely overmatched (Towns). Somewhat agreed about Horford. The US defense was just too intense for the DR backcourt. They couldn't get into any type of rhythm.

I'd estimate 80 percent of the crowd was Dominican without exaggeration. Was awesome, I've never felt MSG more oddly peaceful. No one cared who won, it was just an uptown block party vibe.

Checking out the PR USA game tonight as well methinks. Not as exciting, but I'd like to see Rose on the court. I saw him years back curious to what he really looks like.

Hope it isn't another Arenas-like injury situation. The player doesn't know his own mortality.

I think it is absurd the Bulls let him play for Team USA.

Didn't surprise me.....the guys dropped, with the exception of Lillard, were far from impressive in person.

Korver and Parsons in particular looked like they simply didn't belong. Too slow and methodical vs the rest of the team.

Plumlee is undeniably good in person, shockingly good frankly. A definite Coach K pick, but he just makes things happen on the court. All hustle and physicality.

Yep, what a great pickup for Brooklyn. I think he really maximized his growth last year. I think we will see a big jump from him again this year.

Agreed. This was predictable. And it makes the decision to leave Wall home look even worse.

Now I'm really curious to see how he performs during the WC games.

It also makes all of those Chicago as one or two seed predictions look bad too.
