He's not a frachise player to be built around to be honest. Dwight used to be franchise-calibre but both are one way players

Lebron James and Durant both say WTF are you on Harden? I would take a healthy Paul George and Anthony Davis over Harden hell give me Westbrook over Harden

Com on the Harden hate is really getting annoying. So as soon as Lebron leaves Miami all of a sudden the Rockets are the new team to hate and Harden is the devil? Jeez.

He just gave a long interview talking about how he needs to improve his game to reach Lebron, KD and Kobe level, and now you guys wants to spread word that he thinks he is the best in the league? Come on guys.

So in this thread he was criticized for not thinking about the team, for thinking he is better than Lebron, for talking before getting rings etc. while he is clearly stating the opposite and is just saying that he wants to have the mindset and motivation of wanting to be the best in order to win.

I know it won't stop the hatefest but just wanted to point it out for those too lazy to read the interview and just going on by the comments. Carry on.

Harden's a better overall player, but all things concerned I'm very happy we have DeRozan instead.

He's probably as bad on defense as he is good on offense. You can't call him a superstar.

And while DeRozan's offense is slightly worse, his defense seems to be light years ahead :lol:

Derozan's offence is more than "slightly worse". Harden is one of the most efficient SGs in the league while Derozan is one of the least.

THis season is a potentially a very very bad one for the Rockets. With Harden writing cheques his game can't cash, he is prime to eat crow all season long.
