Games 1 and 2 were close. In fact, Miami led both games when James was on the floor. If it wasn't for the AC shenanigans the Heat could've went back to Miami up 2-0. So if the Spurs kept doing what they were doing in the first two games, they probably would've lost the series. That's why Pop made a lineup change in Game 3 - he didn't like what he saw in Games 1 and 2.

So people don't realize that while San Antonio may have won going away, the two teams were near even when the series began, possibly even with a slight advantage to Miami since they outplayed the Spurs through the first two games. So.. it was a little bit closer than you're appreciating - if Pop doesn't have a moment of inspiration one night to start Diaw, the outcome would've been different.

Lame shenanigans.

If you aren't a fan of the Heat anymore because LeBron left, and you aren't a Cavs fan but a Super Sonics fan, what kind of bandwagon fan are you?

LeBron made it close the first game and Bosh totally fell off after the second game. Didn't he have like 18 points and then dropped to 9? Also, the AC terror really hurt the Heat. It was very unfortunate and percuilar during the playoffs for ab AC to break down. Any who, he's with us now!

Enough what? I think the Spurs did it on purpose. Hey, call me crazy, but Jason Terry wouldn't disagree with me. And do not be surprised if LeBron finds himself in a few arenas this year that have mysterious AC problems.

Man stop making up excuses the spurs were just a far superior team. There's no if this happened or if that didn't happen that could have changed the course of the series. San Antonio was better at every facet of basketball, passing, scoring, rebounding, coaching, defence, team chemistry the list goes on.

Even though Regular season matchups usually mean nothing if you saw the Heat game at SA in the regular season then you knew the Heat wanted to face anybody but the Spurs in the final, the Spurs were already good but they played with an extra gear against the Heat with the revenge factor going for them.

I said this in another thread but I made the point that yes the Spurs would have beaten every team they faced from both sides. They were that good. So in sync in every facet of the game. Add Pop and it's not even fair...

The defense of Sanders, LeBron and Wiggins would be great with Ersan and Irving help spread the floor with 3's. Milwaukee would be looking to get out of both those contracts so I could see the under-rated value going to the Cavs for minimal cost so Milwaukee can develop their younger players. I would also see it as a better team need filling move for the Cavs than trading all your assets for Love.

Any thoughts?

Something like that is worth Haywood + filler in 2015-2016

I just pushed through Sanders & Illyasova for Bennett, TT, Haywood, Joe Harris & Eric Murphy on the checker.

Really, if you cut Philly out to avoid moving Bennett, this trade would still be possible even with Love.

Irving/Dellavedova
Waiters/Miller
Bron/James Jones
Love/Ersan
Larry/AV

Maybe some oil slicks or thumbtacks as well. I heard some teams are looking into giant rubber mallets and some well placed banana peels as well. That'll stop 'em!

Phoenix trying to trade Bledsoe.... Any interest from the Cavs? I heard he wants the max, but maybe playing for a chip with Bron, Love and Kyrie can lower his price. Thoughts?

For TT I'd make that trade.
