Which team would you had preferred to win the last championship?

Anyone but the Heat.

I'd probably also have gone against the Clippers as well, since Sterling may have scored an even greater windfall. Also Rockets, because Howard. At least as far as the West is concerned, Thunder, Blazers, Mavs, Grizzlies, and Warriors would have all produced a certain level of warm fuzzies (and respect for surviving a tough bracket).

Any non-Heat team in the east would have been okay, but the likelihood of anyone else winning (save a resurgent Pacers) was awfully low.

Blazers,
Been a big fan of LMA for a while and Lillard can flat out ball.

Would be nice to see them do well esp after all the injuries and drama they have had. Plus they knocked out the self appointed best all round player in the NBA gotta love that.

Since I'm from Germany it would have been the Mavs.

I know we're supposed to be rivals with the Mav's and everything and for that reason I know a lot of Spurs fans hate them. But i've got ton of respect for Dirk and Carlisle and I have a really hard time hating that franchise. I would of been happy to see them win it as well.

I know some people will clown me for saying this as a Spurs fan, but I wouldn't have minded seeing Miami win, if the Spurs had lost before the Finals. Why? Because every time LeBron has any measure of success, Laker-heads lose their s***, and listening to those clowns try to explain away the success of anyone not named Kobe is endlessly entertaining to me.

If we'd lost to the Heat in the Finals again, though, I might not be alive to write this post today.
