AHHAHAHAHAHAHAH

The Bulls added Rose, Gasol, Mirotic, and McDermott to a team that won more games than Washington last year...

Who did the Wizards add? Remind me again?

Wizards added experience, in my opinion Wizard experience > the ghost of Rose, an aging Big and 2 rooks... but yeah the Bulls are going to be really good :noway:

I love how you said "aging big" when Gasol is years younger than Pierce yet you say "added experience" when Pau brings that to the Bulls favor also. You cray.

Experience is a young team destroying an experienced playoff team. Cray is thinking a 34 year old big, a pair of rookies and a player that's missed the past 2 seasons makes you east contenders.

i don't think Cleveland will contend.
LeBron got nervous in big games/big series (apart from that Detroit series many years ago) before he joined Wade.
now that he's alone again, he won't be reliable in big games.
and Love makes it even worse because he's known for being awful in 4th quarters.
so i think Chicago is the clear favorite to win the East, but i hope Charlotte sneak through instead.

Do you know what a straw man argument is?

Look it up. It will improve your debate skills because right now you suck.

Dismissing Gasol as "aging" when he averaged 17 PPG and 10 REB last year, just shows you're ignorant.

Dismissing Mirotic as a "rookie" when he was the Spanish League MVP, Spanish Cup MVP, and 2X Euroleague Rising Star, also shows you're ignorant.

Rose is never going to be a top 25 player in the league anymore. Their are plenty of leagues around the world where he can play 20-25 games a season and dominate in. He doesn't have the durability for a 82 game season and playoffs. Sadly durability is underrated in NBA.

Those "believers" include Kevin Durant, James Hardem, Coach K, and basically everyone affiliated with USA basketball.

Derrick Rose could roll out of bed and be a top 25 player.

The question is how many MVPs/rings he will win in the next 10 years.

ALL OF THEM !!!

PS: The delusion is strong with this one.

Settle down.

Splitter was also Spanish League MVP in 2010, and was pretty weak when he first came to the Spurs.
And he still is no star.

I don't see the problem with Gasol being aging (sure, he's no longer in his prime, when he was a beast and really underrated by all the Kobe fans), but more the position he's gonna play. He didn't work well with Dwight, doesn't want to play outside or PF, and was at his best when playing C. Especially today, when most teams go small, his ideal position is C.

So how is he gonna play with Noah on the floor ?
The spacing will be horrible, since none of them has that much range. Gasol can occasionally hit a 3, but defenses will be happy to let him shoot 50 3's a game.

I also think the loss of Deng is underrated, and the Bulls bench is weak.
If Thibs continues his tendency to rely heavily on the starters, he's gonna run them into the ground before the playoffs start.

The Bulls might end up being the only challenge to Lebron's Cavs, but that's because everyone else in the East has glaring weaknesses, and the Pacers managed to miss their biggest chance of making the finals.

If they kept their team intact (and didn't have the bad luck of the PG injury), they'd have been the de facto best team in the East. Normally they should have learned from their almost implosion last season and came back better. But they cheapened out on Lance and PG got hurt, and now they might not even make the playoffs.

Wish he would just focus on playing 82 games for the Bulls. Team USA doesnt need him to win by 20 points a game.

More cray than dismissing one of the best teams in the NBA from losing to a recently revamped franchise by a tempered aging big man. Flukes are flukes and luck is luck but I don't give a f- ...cray.
