That's not the way you do this. The Suns have to say, "Man, we need to keep money open for other players. We are really second guessing our offer." Hopefully that gets a team like Philly to bite and offer 4/50 or something. Then we can match and be done.

The "we'll match any offer" strategy has backfired for the Suns. In retrospect, it would have been better for some team out there to think they had a chance, and offer a four year deal at something less than $55 million. The Suns could have matched and that would be it.

How has it backfired? Did anyone offer him a max deal?

This last minute offer...I think it was not even serious. That deal it was closed 3 weeks ago, it only makes sense if we were interested in Wiggins, but that report express that out target was Love.

I think that is cool to look high an try to get Lebron, Carmelo and put our nose on this megadeal...but come on....our FO have to get real here and try more feasible options please.

Some Houston sports guy on Fox Sports 910 is saying that the Suns want Kostas Papanikolaou from the Rockets. Also suggested Cleveland wants Bledsoe in addition to Houston. Who the eff is this Kostas guy and why would we want him over T Jones? He also said that Houston talked to us as soon as this morning.

I think this last minute offer isn't about getting Love, it's about getting Wiggins. We'd probably have to trade either Warren or the Lakers pick with Bledsoe to make it happen. I really hope we could make something like this happen.

It's basically Ben Gordon and a pile of crap. I don't think Bledsoe will join this group.

That's hysterical.

When you watch it, Young goes after Len, then Kieff goes after him and he runs away, then he swings at Dragic.... didn't want to tangle with our enforces, seemed to think going after the honkeys was aight tho, no wat I'm sayn?

Is it correct that Bledsoe doesn't have to approve S&T?

Runs away? Come on don't be a homer. Looks like he was focused on Len.

In the end it would be great if Kyrie ended up in Minny, Wiggins in Phoenix, and Love and Bledsoe in Cleveland. I think would be ecstatic over a Bledsoe, Love, Lebron big three.

This actually makes a lot of sense.

Love is heading to Cleveland. That's not a question. But if Minnesota really wants to win now and prefers Bledsoe to Wiggins, then we could easily get involved in a trade that makes sense for everyone.

Bledsoe, a pick, and Green for Wiggins. We'd obviously have to take some salary back too (Martin?) if we ink Bledsoe in a sign and trade. That's another advantage for Minnesota.

Now Minnesota actually starts to look competitive for this year and they still maintain flexibility and potential going forward with Bennett, Muhammad, Zack LaVine, and draft picks.

Bledsoe/Rubio
Brewer/LaVine
Green/Muhammad
Young/Bennett
Pekovic

Meanwhile, we get the best we can possibly get out of Bledsoe and get the guy we were supposed to tank for all along.

Dragic/IT/Ennis
Wiggins/Martin/Goodwin
Tucker/Warren/Marcus
Markiff/Tolliver
Plumlee/Len

We then also have trading chips for midseason as Martin and Tucker could easily become expendable if 2 of Wiggins, Archie, Warren start to show promise. Then we can either ship Brewer and/or Tucker to a contender for draft picks OR try to get back a nice 4 or 5 that can help us win now.

If Wiggins busts, then oh well...we were going to lose him anyway.

Imagine how happy Andrew Wiggins would be going to Phoenix instead of Minnesota.
I have been on the Wiggns to Phoenix bandwagon since the beginning. Still think it's very possible.

Somehow, someway the Suns will get in that deal.

Are you high? It looks like he connects with Dragic's face - how is that "focused on Len"?

Come on don't play devil's advocate. Best case, he got two white guys confused. Worst case, he's a frustrated little punk.

I'd give up a couple of picks and more to make this happen. Its not often you get a shot at a player that is a potential superstar.

I'm sure there's about as much of a chance getting wiggens here as there was lebron. 0 for all you that need maths help.

Excited to pull the eject lever on bledsoe though, hopefully he lands in some poohole in the Midwest.
