We will be either really bad or really good. My guess: 45-50 wins

Re: How many wins for next season
I see Drummond having a monster year. 17-19ppg, 14-15rpg, 1.5spg, 1.5bpg
Monroe will increase his assists per game to around 4.
14-16ppg, 8-10rpg, 3.5+apg for Monroe.
If Augustin, Butler, and Meeks can hit open 3's... I see us competing.
Also leaves us with one of our best benches in years... Maybe Jennings tries and improves dramatically under Stan and takes the starting position back from Augustin. Maybe Caldwell-Pope continues where he left off in summer league and starts ahead of Meeks for defense.
I gotta say, I don't think this roster is that awful. If Drummond breaks out as expected, we're winning more than 40 games, that's for sure...

It will definitely come down to hitting open 3s and Drummond improving on defense.

I think that the improvement on defense is a given with SVG. I think we'll hit open 3's as long as the guys who can hit them are the ones playing -- we now have those people on our roster.
The biggest question marks are:
Can Drummond finally develop some semblance of a back to the basket post game? (He hasn't shown this at all -- even as late as the Team USA games)
Who is playing the 4 and how? (I think this has been talked about to death)
Who is our starting pg?
With the improved East I see us winning somewhere around 40-45 games.
We eclipse 50 if Drummond learns to play the post, Monroe shoots a reliable 15 footer, or we get PG play that distributes the ball well while playing defense and not shooting us out of games.

I honestly don't ever see Drummond pulling off sweet moves in the post but if he has enough space down there he can get plenty of buckets when fed the ball. 20ppg easy without a typical " back to the basket" game, 25-30 with. Not saying next season but through his prime.

SVG has never coached a really bad team. He has almost always won at least 50 games per season.

Dwight had pretty much no offensive game besides dunks and put backs to start his career either.

He still doesn't does he? Lol. I expect Drummond to be more aggressive offensively than Howard, Shaq without the finesse basically.

By Dwights 3-4th season, he was very aggressive on Offense while he demanded the ball all the time. He really was just not that good with it being he is a horrible ball handler who lost the ball quite often. Turnover king. But, that never stopped him from demanding the ball on the next possession.

I think between 27 and 32 is reasonable
more is a pipedream right now.

Unless things click early this is a strong possibility. That being said, if things do click well early 45-50 isn't out of the question.
