Very upset about Chris Williams. Absent that hamstring he gets that ST spot. I's rather have him than Spurlock

Surprised that both Frey & Hayden were cut. Not comfortable with McMannis & Hurst

I think we should go 9 OL and 9 DL. 8 OLs seems light to me. But at least there we kept the youth in Leno.

That link lists Sutton twice and doesn't list Willie Young. Confused me for a moment.

Any good LBs available on the market? Or safties for that matter?

Major Wright was cut by Lovie before regular season game no. 1. Jordan Palmer also dinged by the Bills... spent just enough time there to tell them what the audibles mean at the line of scrimmage when they play us. And I believe a couple experienced snappers were cut: Kevin McDermott and Danny Aiken. Safety Duke ihenacho is available. We should take a look.

We always seem to carry too many RBs. 4 plus a FB. You can get away with 3, maybe even 2 with a FB.

Guess they couldn't decide.

I was slightly surprised to see Britton, and Frey cut.

Britton was solid when we used him as a Blocking TE, and filled in when guys were hurt.

Its hard to say anyone looked good on our defense last year, but I felt Fry was ok. He was young, and always looked solid. I was fine with him being our 4th corner.

I would have really liked to see Garza, De la puenta, and one of the backup linemen doing the long snapping. I hate wasting a roster spot on a LS.

I did not see Perry play a lot, but I will trust the coaches. Hurst, and McManis worry me a bit, but again I have faith.

I am shocked, disgusted, dis maid, and flabbergasted that Chris Conte is still on this team. I feel like he was our worst player last year, probably there worst player in the league, probably the worst player in the CFL! It seemed like every game he managed to get burned for a TD, or miss an open field tackle for a TD.

The Packers signed a used car salesman one year. Dont we have a car salesman, lawyer, garbage man, bum off the street that is better than conte?

LETS GO BEARS!

I cant wait to go to the game next week!

The Chris Williams pick really was the difference between possible greatness and mediocrity. The list of players taken immediately after Williams is amazing. Just a few of the players taken immediately after Williams in his draft..

Brandon Albert
Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie
Joe Flacco
Chris Johnson

I don't come to the Bears board often (Bulls), so maybe this is some running joke I'm unaware of, but you 're thinking of the wrong Chris Williams. The OL Chris Williams from Vandy was cut in early 2012.

Oh that's right. We'll see him next Sunday since he's on the Bills now. Still a waste of a pick.

Surprisingly doesnt look like a bad team. Honestly looks better than last years team at the same junction. The safety position seems the weakest, then ur not really loving what u got in linebackers than briggs. Hopefully they pan out.

Interesting to see the Bears keep 4 RB 's to help on Special Teams. Believe it was Trestman or ST coach who said there are some LB's on the 53 man roster who can't play special teams so Perry and Draughn will help fill that void.
