We get our starting 3 and backup 5. Phx inserts Neal and BIZ into their running offense and still have 3 SF on their roster.

:o  OK OK I'm dreamin, but Alex doesn't fit PHX high Octane / Running style and Biz does. And they have 4 SF? It's like us with 5 SG. We have 1 under achieving SF unless you count Hendo/JT who are really SG backups in the NBA? Also for the record,Zellar cannot play center...no lower body strength and very short arms...He's only a stretch 4 who can't make 3s after last seasons performance. And, as for Biz just how long are we going to wait for this prodigy to arrive? Trade BIZ and 1 of the shooting guards for a SF and backup Center before camp.
Trade Checker#6507749 SF Outlaw from NYK for SG Gary Neal.
Trade Checker#6507751 SF Green from Bos for Hendo and Biz 2015 1st
Trade checker #6507752 Sf Barnes, Speights, from GSW for Neal, Biz, 2015 1st

Every one of those trades is terrible. You said yourself we have no backup center and yet we go no centers from any of these trades. Trading picks for Green or Barnes is crazy. You are trading our only rim protector for backup SF who aren't going to see the court enough and then you have to hunt for a center. Biz is better for our team than any of these guys you are trying to get.

Bismack has arrived, if he played starter's minutes he'd be heralded as one of the best defensive bigs in the NBA. He's just not very good at scoring which at RealGM means he is terrible.

Until he learns how to catch a basketball he hasn't arrived anywhere.

I thought he did a little better with catching last season but still far from where I think he should be.

:o :o :nonono: :noway: Biz's problems are not with his hands .Its his brain. As for the comment about picking up a center, we trade 1 or 2 of our five SG' for a center.
Trade checker 6508199 Henry Sims from Philly for JT (even though listed as a SF JT is a SG)

I think he's a couple years away from being a consistent starter, and that we'd be in some trouble if Big Al walked in 2015. He's arrived as a great defensive talent, but as a complete player, you're right he's a couple years away.

I love his defense. But on a team with someone like MKG who may never be a serious threat on the offensive end he needs to progress big time. Develop a consistent hook shot, anything. I think he'll be alright. He just won't be the dominant insane player we all thought he would be 3 years ago.

:nonono: :noway: The problem is that BIZ hasn't improved in the last 3 years and his minutes have got less and less. FT% is .505,No shot,Sometimes even misses layups. 4 ppg are put backs. Only career stats of any value are rebounds and blocks.Move him now in a package with one of the guards for a starting 3 and/or "Complete" backup center. Otherwise if AL goes down we are screwed. Just because Biz will be a RFA in 2015 doesn't mean we are not going to get more of the same?

If you think Biz hasn't improved in the past three years then there clearly isn't much point in your continued participation in this discussion. Just look at his per 36 stats, to say nothing of his defense.

Bismack is fine, if he started and played 35mpg he would average about 7pts, 12rbs and 2.8 blocks, basically DeAndre Jordan (10/13/2.5 in 35mins last season)

and if he protects the rim as well as he did this past season, he would get some All-NBA defense votes

We can pay him that Asik contract when Al leaves
