So if Minny holds on to KLove, what is Cleveland's cap space situation like for next year? Any chance they have the space to sign him outright without completely blowing up their roster?

Not saying they couldn't, because they have the Haywood large non-guaranteed deal, but it would be tight. Irving's extension kicks in next year, so they will have him and James making big dollars. They are just under 2/3 or so of the project cap by themselves.

Shawn signed for the vet minimum, Ray would also do the same if he chooses to sign with the Cavs.

This is correct. Cavs have no cap room left, or any extensions. Any signings for now are for minimum deals.
