I just realized that the layup Slovenia scored with 40 seconds to go was their only basket of the quarter....

G.Dragic ran into a wall in the paint in the 4th, he rarely gets stopped as good as today. Lavrinovic brothers separated are terrible defenders, but together their communicating really well. Helps being twins. The team defense was awesome for LTU in the 4th.

assuming we beat new zealand, the 1/4 finals will be with either australia or turkey. most likely australia which is a problem.

Neither is a problem. Bomb never falls in the same place twice. Australia had their game of the century vs LT in group stage, they won't be able to repeat that crazy shooting performance. Plus LT will be ready for their full court press this time.
