The Braves haven't played with a pulse for 90% of the season and somehow they can't escape playoff contention. What the hell is going on in Milwaukee?

that's a sign of a dangerous team. giants are the same way, sucked most of the season but still only 2 games behind the most expensive team in the league.

come playoff time i'd be more afraid of braves as they haven't fulfill their potential yet, rather than a team like dodgers who can't even separate themselves despite having an automatic win every 5 days.

Right and it's not like you're in 1st place nor is it like I'm completely sold your hot.

So what's your point?

God, I hope we see you in the playoffs.

that if you fall out of 1st place, you will use injuries as an excuse

We both know we have 6 games left with each other that will leave both sides without excuse. Give it a rest.

Stanford. I'm focused on the next game on the schedule right now. You have a tough series coming up. You should do the same.

Man that Dodgers/Nats game yesterday may have been the most insane baseball game I've ever seen. The swings were just crazy. Glad we were able to pull it out.

Now we get to go back home and feast on the weak NL East competition.

Yeah...I don't know about that. The Braves typically save their worst for the playoffs. I'm not sure I want to see that.

Of course, I know your post was only meant to take shots at the Dodgers.

It's funny how everybody has a mouth (keyboard in this case) on them.

All winter.
RIPskate and Turco couldn't stop going on and on about how the Dodgers won't make the playoffs. Now with 20 games left its:

Oh the Giants are hot (after splitting a series in Colorado and choking one of the games away)
Oh the Dodgers expensive team.
Oh they can't get separation.

NEWSFLASH. You have an expensive team too and just because your team loves to have underdog/ us against the world status doesn't mean you weren't expected to be right where you are now competing in this division.

But I'm the one building in excuses? Lolz.
Next Friday can't come fast enough.

Sure. When people here give you shut for saying the Royals will make the playoffs and the Shields deal was legit, you wonder why people let comments like, "the dodgers won't make the playoffs" go.

Is it the content or is it Quake Griffin?
Go figure.

The SF circle jerk between those two is real. Really real. The football forum seems to hate the Niners and I think they have something to do with it. You make yourself an easy target with some of the Dodgers rule/other teams drool comments. If the Dodgers are as good as you believe then you will have plenty of ammunition later. If not, well, that's how trash talk works.

I'm rooting for any team to take out the Nats!

ESPN has us as their favorites to win it all now.

I don't like having all this attention. My teams always fall apart when everyone is gushing over them. :(

LUCY, I'M HOME!

Fresh off the suspension. Did anybody miss me? :eyebrows:

A lot of great baseball games today. Good luck to all your favorite teams today except for the Angels.

It's ok bro.

I didn't expect the Angels to dominate y'all either/ stay this hot after losing Richards.

You should be thanking your lucky stars that the Brew Crew are falling apart or else it would be looking forward to the offseason already for you and your team right about now
