Gamecocks bounced back but I'm still not convinced the UGA game won't be a blowout.

do we, perhaps, need a separate NFL thread? being Latvian I lack the credibility to make one, but, heck, I'd post in it since I watch games on Sundays (excited about tonight) and might be a bit addicted to gambling on it.

i saw Michael Air Jordan on tv at the US Open during Cilic's 6-3 6-4 6-4 semi-final win over Federer,
Michael Jordan was sitting with Ahmad Rashad and Jordan was dressed stylish

just curious, does Jordan wear other earrings or always stick to the hoop one?

Maybe, either one here on the Hornets forum or on the Panthers forum to help it out (if people are willing to go there) viewforum.php?f=155

How did you do yesterday? I took a big hit with the Eagles miraculous back door cover, that cost me a winning day.

I overall was over .500, yet I staggered my bets into such parlays that I lost the two of them that didn't have a Monday game in it.

The Falcons comeback against the Saints and the Steelers winning by only 3 (the line was -3.5) were deal-breakers for me. As for the Eagles - I wanted to take the points all week long then got cold feet by the talk on the supposedly great Eagles offense and back-tracked on taking Jacksonville. Of course, then I did a 180 like everyone else - assumed I had lost and then experienced the surprise of the comeback.

Ray Rice should be in jail. What a devastating punch to his fiance/wife. Piece of trash.

I feel dirty for supporting the NFL and playing fantasy football, the way they handled this, the concussion thing. I love the Panthers but man it gets harder and harder. It also reminds me the piece of **** Lance stuff did to that woman. I freaking love how Lance plays on the court and he came from a rough upbringing, but **** man. Will we ever vote with our dollars? Will we turn the other way because we enjoy the Colosseum too much to stop going?

I criticized the NFL heavily in august at the leniency of the suspension, but after watching the video that goodell saw, it makes me wonder as a society if we are ever going to value women. Sorry for the rant guys, but this is just upsetting and I feel like I'm not doing enough to stop it.

Having copied his free kick technique, his hairstyle, his chiselled physique and even his place of work over the past couple of years, it would appear that Gareth Bale is now even closer to realising his dream of actually becoming Cristiano Ronaldo on a full-time basis.

Probably my favorite espn quote I've come across so far.

big difference between spanking a kid and beating them with a switch to the point that the kid has open wounds, scabs and visible scars. not sure how anyone can defend that type of behavior.

Tolliver changed his tune real fast after seeing the pictures of APs kid

Anthony Tolliver ‏@ATolliver44 58m

Switches &belts probably saved my life growing up. I didnt act up bcuz I didnt want a spanking! Time outs,n my opinion, r way less effective

Anthony Tolliver ‏@ATolliver44 50m

Thanks for the info...was just told he spanked his kid. Pics do look bad

Anthony Tolliver ‏@ATolliver44 54m

Definitely dont support that! Like I said spanking is one thing...that looks very excessive! Shoudve seen the pics before tweeting. ..my bad

Anthony Tolliver ‏@ATolliver44 16m

The headlines need to say something else besides "Spanking"...led a lot of people (including myself) to believe it was a normal punishment
