No mention of him working on making the midrange jumpshot automatic?
That should be a high priority on his list. Being able to shoot confidently and make it consistently will do wonders for his effectiveness. Can't be an inside-only player.

I'd much rather he spend the time becoming a good low post player before worrying about the mid range game. Nothing wrong with being an inside-only big man when you are good at it

Bargnani with heart and work ethic is a HOF caliber player. Unfortunately he cares more about Primo pasta and soze than basketball.
