I would Personally try to even out the schedule, as much as possible, and have every team face each other.

Schedule with Interleauge: 160 Games

Division: 2 series of 3 Games, 2 series of 2 Games
10 Games vs 4 Teams = 40 Games

Other 2 Divisions: 2 series of 3 Games
6 Games vs 10 Teams = 60 Games

Interleauge: 2 series of 2 Games
4 Games vs 15 Teams = 60 Games



I think this is extremely balanced, while still putting emphasis on division games.
Plus, you get to face every team, and every team gets to visit your ball park.

That's way too much travel. The schedule is fine as it is in my opinion.
