•Wizards Finalizing Contract With Xavier Silas

Is he a threat to Garrett Temple? What are his strengths and weaknesses?

Close to a Dr. Who type - seems to disappear at times.

Silas is likely a training camp body. He's 26 years old and he's been sub-par in the D-League and overseas the past few years.

What are the odds that he's plays like the last X-Man in the NBA?

Look at how high he is. (Not sure how that might sound to some. )

A cross between Xavier McDaniel and James Silas, further crowding the front court. I don't know, I'm pretty high myself.

Grunfeld has his bags packed as-soon as the draft and FA's are signed. No-need to see if anyone might be better than Temple.

Nicknames:
Excess
Silas but Deadly
The Xasperator
The San Antonio Spurt

He's former Spur James Silas' son, and apparently he had a camp deal with the Wizards last year before being cut (none of which I remember at all).

He's a SG/PF type of player. I'd like to wish him good luck and stay focused young man.

Didn't know he was James Silas's son, gives me a hook for him in my head. Thanks

And before he had a basketball surgically attached to his hand, he had a reasonably successful career as a neo-soul R&B singer under the name Bilal.

I think what Memphis did for training camp fodder made a lot more sense - They signed Hassan Whiteside.
