I think today was the 6th day or so of optional workouts. Looks like they're doing circuit training, which can be painful as hell.

True. Another guy who knows zero about the team offering an opinion. Price said last year was lower body organization at one point. Also MKG hurting his wrist during the season held him back some. Price had to undo everything the staff before made worse and then work to make him better. MKG will start for his defense and if he can shoot even decent he will play 30 minutes a game and make Henderson expendable by the trade deadline assuming good health for Taylor and Neal along with the starters.

If MKG's shot is virtually no different it won't be long Gerald Henderson is the starting SF. Lance is a big guard who rebounds and defends the perimeter.

Somebody has to lose minutes between SG and SF. It won't be Lance or Neal as Neal is one of the best outside shooters on the team. It will come down to Henderson and MKG. MKG getting more minutes than Hendo at SF just won't happen.

MKG will still start and get around 25mpg, and Gerald will be the backup SF getting around 25mpg between both SF and SG, MKG should be with the best offensive lineup which is the starters and Gerald will be the 6th man

2nd unit

Roberts-Neal-MKG-Zeller or Marvin and Biz is worse than Roberts-Neal-Gerald-Zeller or Marvin and Biz

I don't' want to see the 2nd unit with Neal as the only scorer he'll chuck up to many bad shots

That may be how it breaks down to start the year but Henderson will oust MKG due to lack of offense. Henderson is a better player on offense so unless MKG improved his shot you'll see Henderson take over MKG's minutes at SF. It won't take long at all.
