I'm sure all you Clippers fan are excited and optimistic for this upcoming season... Here's my season preview and expectations of your Clippers this season.
Roster:
Chris Paul/Jordan Farmar
J.J. Redick/Jamal Crawford
Matt Barnes/Reggie Bullock
Blake Griffin/Glen Davis
DeAndre Jordan/Spencer Hawes
Others: C.J. Wilcox, CDR, Hedo Turkoglu, Ekpe Udoh.
Quick opinions: first thing is I believe Chris Paul is sick of being eliminates in the first and second round. I expect him to have his best season(maybe not statistically) of his career. Blake is only improving, and if his shot keeps getting more consistent along with his post game, he will be almost unstoppable. DeAndre won't have to worry about offense because Hawes will come in and score 13 to 15 a game off the bench so I expect the best defensive and rebounding season of DJs career. Hopefully JJ can stay healthy and Barnes and Jamal continue to do their thing. Father Time isn't with them yet.
Win Prediction: 58-24
West Seedings:
1. Thunder
2. Spurs
3. Clippers
4. Mavericks
5. Warriors
6. Blazers
7. Grizzlies
8. Rockets
.............
Pelicans
Suns
Nuggets
Wolves
Lakers
Kings
Jazz
First Round:
Thunder over Rockets in 6
Spurs over Grizzlies in 6
Clippers over Blazers in 7
Mavs over Warriors in 7
Second Round:
Thunder over Mavs in 6
Clippers over Spurs in 7
Conference Finals:
Thunder over Clippers in 7
Finals:
Thunder over Cavs in 7
You guys, I predict, will make it to the WCF. A historically successful season for the once joke of the NBA LA CLIPPERS. I genuinely think its time for the Clippers to make it this far. Spurs, will still be a very good team, obviously, but I have the Clipps beating them. Thunder will overtake the Clipps and win it all but you will all expierence the greatest season of Clippers history. Have a fun season and good luck.
PS - just a fun, preview, no need to criticize how brief some of the comments are haha.
How far you all think you are going this season. Thanks, bye

Re: My LAC season preview
I think OKC is TOAST. Gone to the bar too many times to come home w/ the fat girl with no teeth. Westbrook is great, but not on that team, I think you are forgetting about the Grizz.
I think the Clips make a huge transaction that lands them a legit 3 or the White Aussie comes in and puts everyone on the bench..
I see an L.A. parade in June and it won't be for the Kings or the Lakers.

^ It'd be huge if we could get the Spurs and the Thunder to play each other before we had to play either of them.

I feel we can easily get 60 wins if everyone stays healthy.
If the Clippers win the championship next year I'm getting banned from RealGM

Well this is what one of the "Others", namely CHRIS DOUGLAS-ROBERTS did last season:

So that SF lineup should at least include CDR! Looking forward to an even BETTER Clippers team this season!

Re: My LAC season preview
Overall, I like the coaching staff we've put together. I like the roster we've put together and the depth we have. I think we're going to be able to try new things defensively with some of our perimeter defense.
I always set the bar at 60 games. We've come in at 56 and 57 respectively with Chris Paul missing significant time during both of those seasons.
I have no reservations on how I feel about last year and I feel the same way this year.
Conference Finals minimum...and if we can beat the Spurs, we can win the finals.
for 47 minutes in Game 5, I felt completely vindicated for how much **** i talked about us being better than the Thunder all year....just to have it ripped from me.
that was the ultimate growing pain....this year is redemption.
