Who improves more then we think and really helps this team? For the teams sake I hope it's Len. I say it's Warren.
Who disappoints us from what were expecting? I hope it's not markieff or Len or plumlee. We dont have much to fall back on...I say it's green. Love to see him repeat last year and hope he does but it wouldn't shock me if he flops...

Im not sure if my fragile heart can deal with Len disappointing again.
Especially if Noel tears it up this season, and Len is sitting on the bench in a suit.

Re: Which player surprises, who disappoints?
Tolliver could surprise because of system and also low expectations AND because other guys surprised when showing up from another team and then playing their first year under Hornacek.
I hate to pick a disappoint. It's tough to say Len because I don't think people expect much. People may be expecting too much from Warren, and personally I think he can/will be a stud, but I don't know if he is going to be an NBA difference maker as a rookie. It will take a while. Personally I won't be disappointed in him regardless.
I guess for disappointing, I'd have to say Zoran. I think people are excited to see him play and I bet he rarely, if ever sees the floor.

I think Goodwin or Ennis will disappoint. More likely Goodwin because I wasn't too impressed with his summer league showing.
One of the morris twins will surprise us if not both. Been in the gym all summer and have growing roles this season.
Plumlee is literally 50/50 he is either going to get better and surprise us or disappoint us by staying the same. I think a full year with bledsoe would do him good. He played very well with Bledsoe on the floor, a lot of opportunities came up for him on offense and his defense was solid.

Re: Which player surprises, who disappoints?
Disappoint: Eric Bledsoe
I'm hoping last season wasn't an example of a contract season. He got paid this offseason so I hope he continues his strong play, when healthy. But far too many players coast after getting their big pay day. Plus, is his heart really with the Phoenix Suns?
Surprise: T.J. Warren
I'm not expecting him to become a starter this season, but if he can make good use of his minutes and can form great team chemistry with the rest of the team, I'd be pleasantly surprised.

Plumlee for the surprise. If given 30 minutes a game I think he could hit 12/10.
Len/Goodwin for the disappointment. The was a serious lack of quality of the entire 2013 draft class. Goodwin has a lot going for him, but I think he is too far behind mentally to get decent minutes this year. Len I think will also struggle for consistent PT. The team wants to push for the playoffs and I think they will look a lot better going small when Plumlee rests, causing Len to lose PT to Kieff and Tolliver. I also would not be surprised to see another big added to the roster at some point.

Surprise: Goodwin. People low on him now after the bad SL play but could maybe turn it around.
Disappoint: Goran Dragic. Jk. I think Tucker and Green will disappoint. Expectains will be kinda high for both, Tucke after the contract extension and Green after last year's performance.

Plumlee is the one in my mind who has the potential to disappoint. I don't think any of the rookies, because they haven't really got high expectations as it is.
Biggest surprise could be Zoran I think.

Can't really hold it against Len for being injured, what would be worse is if he's actually healthy and sucks, while Noel does well.

Which player surprises, who disappoints?
Biggest surprise: Zoran Dragic
Disappoint: Goran Dragic
I think it's going to be tough for him to continue how well he played last season. Wasn't that happy with how he played over the offseason. Wish he rested the offseason instead of FIBA ball but oh well. Hope he proves me wrong!!
Also, I think Bledsoe will be a surprise, too. I think he's going to turn it around here and show he wants Phoenix. We'll act like nothing happened these last couple of months.

Re: Which player surprises, who disappoints?
Suprise: Len - many people here already labeled him a bust so he have the biggest chance to play better than excepted. That would be awesome for the team anyway.
Disappoint: Green - his minutes and role on the team will decrease so it will be hard for him to play as good as last year.
Don't think any of young players will get significant minutes (except Len) so probobly none of them will dissapoint me. However I hope to see good play from Warren.

Re: Which player surprises, who disappoints?
Surprise: Len. Only because I am really hoping for it. If he can stay healthy and get some consistent minutes in, he could certainly improve and get out of the bust-list.
Disappoint: Goran Dragic. Unfortunately, I think losing Frye would have an impact on his game. Tolliver could certainly deliver the same 3PT shooting but unfamiliarity with Dragic and not being able to defend the post as well would put more pressure on Dragic. Considering his All-NBA level play last year and similar expectations this year, I think he could disappoint.
