I'm sure we can find more. Its really how much trust and encouragement the coach gives the rookie if they are ready. Also a team with quality vets really helps too.
OK, it happens, but you are talking about once a decade for the Spurs (though I guess Duncan would be too though that's two decades ago). The thing is, these were already extremely deep teams that had gone deep in the playoffs for years and integrated rookies, and of course a couple you name are superstars.
You can find them, but it's extremely rare. Maybe one every few years. Typically super duper stars like LeBron can get their teams to the playoffs, but even most star quality players who come in get on bad teams and struggle to make the playoffs for a while (Durant, Griffin, Davis, etc).
