Some insight on Kent Bazemore

Post#1 » by Hawk Eye » Thu Oct 2, 2014 4:26 pm

I got some feedback from the Los Angeles Lakers board on Kent Bazemore recently. I wanted to know more about him before the season starts. Not to sure how I feel about the signing now. Here is what they had to say about him.

Thanks for putting this together, PMOTT.

I'm still a little torn on Bazemore. Those who have seen him amongst the Hawks fandom seem really high on him. But being on his third team in 12 months is pretty telling.

With him nursing an injury, I wouldn't be surprised to see him spend the first few months inactive as the franchise takes a closer look at a Healthy John Jenkins as the top backup SG.

NP, and as you stated I'm definitely more interested to see how Jenkins looks coming back. If Jenkins doesn't look to par then I can see Bazemore earning that back up SG spot in our rotation some point during mid season
