Post#1 » by JDR720 » Thu Oct 9, 2014 3:02 pm

The game is in Greenville, SC at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena

Hopefully this one is a lot better than the Philly game.

No idea if its gonna be on TV.

I can understand the Sports South guys not wanting to travel all the way up to Philly for a preseason game, but surely they'll be at this one. I'd almost be tempted to drive down there if it's not on tv

I'm pretty sure no preseason games are going to be televised locally. We do have one on NBA TV against the Bulls. But that's the only one I know of.

Looking at the TV & Radio for this game on NBA.com it doesn't look like either team is putting this on TV

hmm... not so sure about Fayetteville. Do we have anyone lurking who lives in Fayetteville and gets Hornets on TWC? Its up to each regional cable provider as to whether or not they choose to pay to have the rights to broadcast the games on fox sports south. the games are made available to all cable provides in NC/SC by fox sports south, but not every regional cable provider chooses to show them.

I'm not expecting to win and don't care about winning really in the preseason. I just want to see a more encouraging effort from our starters. I'm not too thrilled about our bench depth in comparison to a lot of other teams. I think the Wizards have better talent on their bench so I think they'll win. Come on starters!

I want to see Stephenson and Jefferson work better together. Stephenson is a pretty creative passer, and I see no reason why them two can't begin to get some cohesiveness going on .

I don't think there is going to be any pie anywhere for this game, which is a complete crock of ****.

thats the downside of playing the game outside of the teams city. the Wiz aren't sending their guys to Greenville to cover a preseason game and the Hornets aren't covering any games

Game was televised last year when we played in Asheville. Its just pure laziness and cheap BS that it isn't being televised.

I think they want the first time they broadcast the Hornets to be meaningful. or maybe its just cheapness, i dunno.

Pre season games should be broadcasted regardless. Now we could have someone go 3-10 but play really solid defense, and since all we have to go off of are box scores we just assume said player sucked ass .

It'll be on somewhere. I'm sure I'll find a stream so I'm not stressing it.
