He's overrated if you ink he's a superstar or got those Mvps for any other reason other than the nba needed to clean up their image with the dress codes and brawl. If you place him where he belongs which is a multiple time all star hall of famer behind Kidd, Stockton. And Payton in the last twenty plus years but ahead of the likes of CP3 and Deron he's good

Nash never plays well with another ball dominant. Boozer is okay but with lesser defense. I rather have Kobe, Boozer and a 3D guy in the lineup.
Nash would just have to be the Dallas Nash that was with Van Exel and Finley
and yeah he sucked in dallas

Nash playing well with Joe Johnson, Barbosa, Boris Diaw, Grant Hill, Goran Dragic, Hedo Turkoglu etc, they often to share the same court together.
its all about coaching.
its all about coaching.

Replace Fisher with Prime Nash and Gasol with Prime Boozer and its not even a question anymore.
i hope that's not a dig at Pau, because Prime Pau is a far better player than Prime Boozer.
Simply put, the question was about contending for the ring. I didn't mention anything about Pau being better or worse than Boozer.
Put both prime Nash and Boozer in a team with Kobe, Odom, Bynum, the Lakers have a shot at the ring. End of story. Don't make it more than it already is. If you still want to fight, let's go!
nope i completely agree with you there.

I would say yes if Davis keeps playing the way he does, and Randle is a quick study. Prime Kobe took Kwame and Smush...so we know they would get past the 1st round with these upgrades.
2nd round would be against GSW or Clippers...and I feel that it would be a close series. Let's say Nash and Kobe has a prime monster series and takes the series 4-3.
Then comes the Spurs in the WCF. And that would be a very tall order to overcome. While Kobe, Nash, and Boozer should hold the game close or even have a few leads in certain games, it's hard to have faith in Rookies like Randle and Clarkson to be able to overcome the Spurs veteran depth. Were talking Patty Mills, Ginobli, Splitter, Green, and Diaw who would be playing against Clarkson, Randle, Davis, and Ronnie Price.
Then again Kobe could play 38-40 minutes in his prime easily. So...the Lakers would have a chance...but in the end, the Spurs reserves are probably too much to overcome...but with a prime Kobe that can actually close games unlike Lebron, the Lakers have a chance. I don't think it would be sweep like the Spurs did with a prime Lebron.

Boozer led the Utah jazz to the WCF. Pau never did anything close to that without Kobe holding his hand. In fact Paus never won a fn playoff game without Kobe
if pau held kobe's hand, that just means kobe held pau's hand too….remember, it was kobe who was pitching pau to come play with him to have a chance to win…not only that, Pau was arguably the finals mvp in 2010.
and no, boozer did not lead the jazz to the wcf. they had deron williams and jerry sloan, one of the greatest coaches of all time.

According to your logic, Tim Duncan doesn't deserve any respect.

its preseason...give it time
