Klinsman or whatever his name is was an ass to Donovan earlier today. Saying that Donovan could have done a lot more or something like that. Was pretty classless on the day of his final game.

It was. They don't get along for whatever reason. Did you see his gift prior to the game tonight?

No. What was it?

It was a big wooden shadow box with a #10 jersey constructed from all the different jerseys he has played in over the years. Then on the back of the box they had etched all the names of the players he had played with over the years. It was so well done and thought out.

Dang. Thats awesome. Ridiculous how he was left off the world cup roster anyway.

That's awesome. The world is too hard as it is to go out and deny people the happiness they should be able to have.

Exactly. Homophobes (if i even spelled that right) really piss me off. If people would mind their own business and not worry about others own personal lives this world would be so much better off.

That tie felt like a loss. If we had anyone in the secondary capable of doing a decent job we would have won.

Defense in general is pretty terrible. But yeah, especially the secondary.

Ill take a tie over a loss any day, especially with Atlanta getting ready to lose.

It is better but it still should have been a win. Our biggest problem on defense right now is being out of position on occasion and having the slowest secondary in history. We have to give 7 yard cushions on 3rd and 3 or get killed deep. We have done such a miserable job replacing the guys we lost last season. Our top 4 guys from last season are all better than there replacements this season. Our safeties are a joke and Captain and Flourence were both better than Cason and White. The only guys we have with any sort of potential are Bene and Norman and they are raw.

Our upcoming schedule is just insane. I was thrilled to see Newton be unleashed today. Finally looks almost 100%

Our offense is looking good. Newton is accurate and he is now running. What we need is to bring back last years secondary and we will have a solid team.

Rodgers is going to annihilate our secondary next week.

Our D-line is just as bad as the secondary IMO. Even the linebackers are not playing well. Davis is out of position and Luke is getting beat in coverage as well.

We really missed Bene today. Godfrey is just the worst.

But our secondary is built by Gettleman to take risks and go after interceptions behind a strong defensive line not be great in coverage. The problem is the d-line is poor in both pass rush and run stopping. So it amplifies how bad the rest of the defense looks

Our secondary was built with nothing in mind at all. It was just thrown together with the assumption that anyone could play back there which is wrong. The D line doesn't have time to rush the passer when our guys can't play within a wile of the receivers. This team lost a lot last year and nothing has been done to fix it. We didn't get beat deep we got beat on quick outs all game because there is 0 threat from our secondary. Gettleman got lucky with Mitchell and Mikel and got a big head and thought he could do it again. Instead we have a moron GM who has let the OL and secondary go to pot.
