Just some observations of the season so far:

-For all the talk about Manning and Rodgers and Luck...Rivers has been the best QB in the league through the first 6 weeks...by far.

-People continue to sleep on the Pats...Brady and Gronk are back, Edelman is the new Wes Welker, and Lafell and Wright are starting to be legit contributors. Their O-line has finally started to protect Brady too. Their offense has really clicked for the last 2 weeks now, against two pretty good defenses.

-Cowboys are legit...the way they beat the Seahawks in Seattle was extremely impressive. Their defense is always going to be a concern, but their offense is absolutely elite. Romo's been really solid, and you can't beat their weapons: Dez Bryant, Terrence Williams, Jason Witten, and Demarco Murray...can't name a more stacked offensive team in the league outside of maybe Denver and/or Chicago.

-Speaking of Seattle...they've been pretty unimpressive so far this season, especially in the last 3 weeks. Barely beating the Redskins and getting their asses handed to them by the Chargers and Cowboys. Chargers and Cowboys are good teams, but Seattle wasn't even competitive in those games. Only reason why the Cowboys game even looked close is because they were gifted so many opportunities throughout the game. If the Cowboys didn't shoot themselves in the foot so many times, the score would have reflected the blowout that the game felt like.

Losing long appears to have pretty much thrown everything out of whack with the pass rush.

Quarterbacks shouldn't be having a nice time against the Rams. Just shouldn't happen.

I was in Vegas and was paying more attention to Cowboys-Seahawks than Redskins-Cardinals(our season is over). I even put $100 on the Cowboys plus the points. Hate to say it, but they might have the best team in the NFC. That OL is insanely good, Romo is being very efficient with the ball, and their skill position talent is top notch with Bryant, Witten(will this guy ever age?)and Williams.

With that said, lot of football left and I still like the Eagles to win the NFC East. At the end of the day I'm taking Chip Kelly over Jason Garrett and Romo is still choking Romo until he gets it done in December.
Eric Maynor is the worst basketball player I've ever seen.
