He has a history of physically abusing his players. I've seen him slap Thiago and hit the back of Abidal's head.

That might just be his way of trying to be casual and friendly or whatever, but his general training ground style and mannerisms are even bigger repellents. It looks like he has purchased his own hype at a very reasonable price.

None of that changes how successful he is, of course.

Michel Platini says Ribery has to play for France or he will be banned from club games.

Haha. What a clown.

Thiago just reinjured his knee. Probably gone for the year at least.

Oh man, poor Thiago. I hope he can bounce back from all that injuries. Same goes for Badstuber.

Götze now with 7 goals and 3 assists in 10 games (Bundesliga, CL, DFB Pokal). Could be his breakthrough year at Bayern.

"We expected him to score a hat-trick today. He might not play the next game because of that."

-Pep on Lahm scoring twice.

"Absolutely."

-Lahm's answer to the question if he's going for the scoring title now.

Winning is fun

While watching the game yesterday, I was yet again amazed how outstanding Alaba is, no matter which position he has to play. He seamlessly switch between DB, LB, midfield, winger, offensive midfield. The only positions missing (atm) are goalkeeper and CF.

Sucks that he is injured now for the rest of the year.

Bayern's injury list: Schweinsteiger, Thiago, Badstuber, Starke, Pizarro, Reina, Martinez and now Alaba....

Lahm just picked up a serious foot injury, too.

Neuer is not 100% either and skips todays NT match in Spain.

It is at the point now where you wonder whether these injuries are post-WC/too many matches/freak injuries or something is wrong in Bayerns daily training approach.

E: 3 months break for Lahm.

Damn. Tough break. So many injuries always during international breaks. Modric will be out 3 months for Madrid too. It's frustrating

Currently injured players for Bayern:
Neuer, Boateng, Badstuber, Alaba, Lahm, Javi Martínez, Schweinsteiger, Thiago, Pizarro, Pepe Reina, Tom Starke.

You could be a awesome squad right there. I hope most of them will be back when the important games in CL start.
