This turned ugly real quick. Well at least the first half was promising.

Gonna be a slow start to the season. First team looks really stagnant. Like the depth, but not yet sure how it all fits together. Need. Shooters. Bad.

Witmann needs to rest Miller, Pierce and Gortat throughout reg season.

Garbage second half but Charlotte played their starters against our bench late in the game. I know Gortat is going through the motions but he's been freakin' awful this preseason outside the first game.

First and best game I've seen this preseason. One thing is certain: the Wizards will never lose to the Bobcats again.

I hate to say it, but Kemba looks more fluid, quicker and more smooth in his shot the wall.

Now look the actually numbers and there isn't ,much difference though but just saying.

Wall found moments last year where his shot looked good. Hope he find it again.

Otto looks good for a in experienced in NBA games as he is.

We have more preseason work to do but I think they will work it out.

glad I missed that 2nd half. We are just too choppy right now. Its hard to tell anything with so many new guys, so many guys hurt, and so many guys resting. This is just gonna be one of those learn on the fly things but we'll get it together. It would be great to see someone catch fire in the last game or 2. That usually carries over to the start of the season

Which games have you been watching? Gortat has been solid.

The games that have been on TV. He gives no effort on defense (Drummond and Monroe abused him and so did Jefferson last night) and he's just fading away on his jumper as he did early in the season last year. I haven't watched the other non-TV games (how could I) so maybe he played better. It's just preseason so I'm not worried. At least he's rebounding but when you're making that kind of $$$, expectations are going to be a lot more than 11 and 7.

I would say one of the more important things to see if regarding Otto.

I agree, so many moving pieces right now. Paul was in an out. They had their starters in late. Walls shot was off. And CHA is a really active and good defensive team. Add all that up and we get what we got last night.

But Otto looks really good. That one of the most important things.

Aside from that, I liked how their offensive looks compared to our. Its very crisp. Lots of picks and dump passes.

Our offense seems much more basic then theirs.
