Why else would he be crying outside while the rest were having a party in the church. He even had the gun ready in his hand. Also, Bob definitely got bit during the day, which means he's fully infected. so this probably means the cannibals are gonna get infected and turn soon if Rick and Crew don't get to them first.
Yup I believe Bob was bit, that explains him being emotional with Sasha and also him crying alone in the woods like he was ready to kill himself.
In the preview they show Gareth and his men kicking Bob and beating him up with frustration. He's already 1 leg short and basically a dead man walking (no pun intended) so why beat him up? It looked like a frustration thing, so maybe he laughs it off and tells them "I'm infected" and they freak out.
This might lead to Gareth and the few of his men that Rick and his crew don't kill to "work together" to get Eugene to Washington to get the cure. I don't see what Gareth could offer or what Gareth could blackmail Rick with to have them trust each other but in the earlier trailers it appeared that Gareth at some point travels with this group or works with them. You seeh im in the early trailer say "You don't trust us anymore, this isn't gonna work". Maybe they kidnap Judith and Gareth has someone holding her hostage (the guy with the detroit hat could be the one to do it).
When Gareth said "We are Hunters" I'm sure a lot of people who read the comics said "Oh Shi". It was a slow episode for sure but I liked it, you need to build up the story and characters. Kinda bummed Carol and Darryl are now on some goose chase to find Beth.
