Preseason: Hawks vs Spurs

Post#1 » by Nolan » Wed Oct 22, 2014 10:45 am

We should see more of the starters in this one considering that we've only got two preseason games left.

Go Spurs!!

Goodness and mercy... Ayers shouldn't be taking a spot on this roster.

I'm amazed by Tim... He's unbelievable, there aren't strong enough superlatives...

If we could stop turning the ball over we'd be epically killing fools

That was pretty bad with Ginobili on the floor. KA was -11 because he spent the first ten minutes watching from the corner while everyone else played awfully. With Tim Duncan on the court we looked good. Missing Kawhi.

Good run ton ight, fellas.

It was good seeing Teague and Parker go at it.

What are you guys initial thoughts on Kyle Anderson. I was hoping Budenholzer and Ferry would bring him to ATL and make him our Boris Diaw clone.

Does he look capable of holding down solid minutes down the line?
Can he be hidden enough defensively to compensate?
What position do you guys see him playing? SF or PF?

So far, he's playing mostly SF for us with some SG the other night.

I don't think he'll be getting regular rotation minutes this year. Kawhi and Danny is our starting SG-SF. Manu and Marco backs up those positions. We'll be seeing him a lot in our D-league team because Kyle needs to get some experience.

Return to San Antonio Spurs
