Count me in.

Offer Len, the Morrii and the LAL pick and they might not hang up immediately.

They don't want IT.

I always fall in love with our guys and though I fight the tendency to let my bias lead me on, familiarity alone tends to make me overvalue our players. Even so, if I were Sacramento I'd demand Bledsoe, Goodwin, the twins, the Lakers pick and two more unprotected picks just to start the conversation. And the deal wouldn't be finished until we agreed to take back any contract they wanted to unload. IMO, If he wasn't a head case it would take a coin toss between him and Davis to determine best young player in the league.

AD.. I just don't see Pelicans a good team like everyone else has them this season. I think he leaves if the chance comes up but will be a couple years before that happens.

I agree that KD will leave, but he'll go to DC.

I think N'awlins gets in your blood...and gets deep. Davis will stay until at least his 3rd contract comes up.

Note to self.... Never....Never sarcastically mention obtaining a superstar via a dream up scenario.
It an auto-thread-derailer. Y'all are just tickling your own perineums.

I hope we are not as bad as I think we will be. Its not going to be a peaceful year.

You left out our taking back all their bad contracts. I suspect I rate Cousins higher than most people do. I think there's a good chance he'll be the third best player in the league this year and no worse than top 10. A big man that's mobile and impacts both sides of the court? You have to pay a premium to get a guy like that. If you believe you can manage the man (a big if) he's worth the assets I offered up. The only big losses there would be Bledsoe and the Lakers pick. He's just 24, still improving, and he was already one of the top PER guys in the league last year (26.2).

So, AD could pull a Chris Paul and bolt, but no one of his talent level plays under the QO and he's just now starting year 3. So even if he did what LeBron did which was an opt out after year 3 on his 1st big contract he will be in New Orleans for this year plus 4 more. My guess is he takes the Rose 5 year super max first though and he doesn't become a FA for 7 more years.

As far as KD, he's going to stay in OKC or head back home to the Wizards. He's not going from a small market to a slightly bigger but still small market.

If we keep everyone and add talent we'd make more of a leap. Len and Plumlee would be great 2nd and 3rd stringers, which they will most likely stay for the rest of their career, hence I wouldn't wanna trade them away.
Is a max for Jordan an overpay? Definitely, but someone is gonna give him that money. And down the the road with the new CBA kicking in the year after it might be easier to stomach. Even though I hate having players that can't freethrow on the team I think he would provide everything else we desperately need.
I'd still rather have Noah, but we won't get him so...

The point is moot. We won't have any money available unless you're thinking we don't re-sign Goran. If you want to resign Goran for what he's worth you have to move assets and trade for Jordan in a S&T. Unless, the cap goes up a whole lot more than people are suggesting next season. You can thank those awful Morris twins contracts for this by the way. Which I maintain shouldn't have been given out while paying PJ Tucker $5Million. Also, $8Million a season for a guy that totally disappears (lets not even talk about the ridiculous amount of turnovers and PF calls) as much as Markieff does is ridiculous.

I don't think New Orleans will be able to keep the Brow after his 2nd contract. They have a terrible fan base and play to a half empty arena most nights. I think that wears on guys.

Also, an offer of Len, the Laker pick and the Morrii would probably cause the Kings to stop answering our calls. Until he shows something Len has no value, and the Morrii both qualify as good backups, iffy starters and are owed a lot of money... not exactly the kind of return you want for a premiere big.

I keep saying it, but people need to get the Boogie fantasy out of their heads. Unless he does something criminal he isn't going anywhere for the next few years.

KeifMo is Brandon Bass at a premium. I think we will have him for a while.

Hey guys, I have a great idea. We're finally building all this awesome chemistry and stuff again after the disaster this franchise had been since June 2010.

Ready for the idea? Well, are you? C'mon, I know you are. I know who we should bring to Phoenix.

Wait for it..............

Spoiler:
DeMarcus Cousins!

Cousins has an attitude problem so its the last thing Suns would want part of.

I always wanted us to go after LaMarcus Aldridge. Getting him would make us title contenders.

KD will end up in his hometown playing with the Wizards. They have some great young players and are only a Durant away from being a major force in the East.

KD won't go to Wizards. IDK where he will land but it won't be Wizards.

How much is Goran signing for? Also at the end of Len's career will he be known as a serviceable journeyman or an impact C?

Yay, let's overreact after some meaningless preseason games. In the 2nd half of last season Markieff was one of our best and most consistent players. His contract is very reasonable, as is Marcus'.

This is why I hate preseason games people just b*tch and moan and nothing good comes out of it. Can't wait for the season to begin and everyone that played top notch last year continues to do so this year.

Return to Phoenix Suns
