Adrien was actually really nice with the Bucks. Check out some of these highlights. Lots of mid-range jumpers and a surprising amount of nice moves considering he was only there two months.

I find it awkward that the Rockets waived Adrien considering his guaranteed contract for Tarik Black when Adrien had a better overall preseason outside of the fact that Black had a 15 rebound game that caught some attention

Using advanced stats I will compare Adrien to Black during the preseason

Per 36 Averages
Adrien: 13.1 points, 11.1 rebounds, 1.2 assist, and 1.2 blocks
Black: 11.3 points, 11.8 rebounds, 0.5 assist, and 0.7 blocks

Advanced Stats
Adrien: 17.3 PER, .577 TS%, .591 eFG%, 116.8 OffRtg, 98.1 DefRtg, +18.7 NetRtg
Black: 13.0 PER, .550 TS%, .515 eFG%, 97.4 OffRtg, 94.9 DefRtg, +2.5 NetRtg

Adrien only played 13 minutes per game to Black's 18 minutes per game, but it's clear to see who was the better player whom the Rockets should've kept without losing over a million dollars by waiving a guaranteed contract

To be fair, it's not like either is likely to get meaningful minutes for them, and Tarik just came out of college so IMO has the higher upside.

The average stats for the starting PGs of the championship teams (over the past 20 years) were as follows:

Age: 29.05
MPG: 29.67
PPG: 11.2
RBPG: 2.84
APG: 4.44
STL: 1.18
BLK: 0.2
TOV: 1.7
FG%: 44%
3P%: 34%
FT%: 78%

My argument whenever people act like you need a 8-10 assist per game point guard to win a championship...

I'd post a relevant Pearl Jam song if I had ever understood a word Eddie Vedder sung.

OKC's depth chart right now.

Russell Westbrook might have to take 40 shots out of necessity if their injury bug is seriously this bad.

Like hearts and thoughts, Mookie will just fade away. Faaaaaaaade away.

I'm not quite ready to go out on the limb that OKC won't make the playoffs, but I agree with your prediction that they'll struggle. I have them out of the playoff picture until Durant returns. It'll be a uphill battle for them at some point in the season

Funny to think about it, but Byron Mullens actually opted opt of $1.1 million with the Sixers and is now playing in China, with a new hair-do and beard apparently too

They might be the same person, both last names start with "M", both 1st names are the first two letters in alphabet "A" and "B" both shameless chuckers that cant defend a dead snail, me thinks Adam just grew some and got fat so he could return to Charlotte with a new persona and continue to ruin the franchise
