Suns need a spacer.... sadly Tolliver is needed to be that spacer since the guards and wingman arent sharp shooters.

Ryan Anderson I would target as upgrade.

Green has been playing well and if he continues that and Anderson shows he is healthy... I wont be surprise a deal.

Blazers were high on Leonard last I read but things may have cooled since then. But they still wouldn't do that trade. Neither Tolly or Len is as good as Leonard or Robinson

I wouldn't give up on Len for neither.

Both Leonard and TRob are classic examples of fools' gold. Neither of them have done anything to suggest they are/could be good basketball players. There is a very good reason they aren't picking up TRob's option. The way he plays is nice on the eyes and that's about it.

Leonard and Robinson are terrible players with no apparent upside. Robinson will not be picked up by the Blazers and will be a free agent at the end of the year. You do not give up anything for him. Leonard is a slug. i would not trade Len or Plumlee for either one of them.

Robinson actually seems like a decent player. I have a feeling he has chemistry issues with his recent teams. He always seems to play good against us though. He'll get along just fine here with our group.

Morris twins would love Robinson in PHX, he's part of #teamFOE

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this yet, so I thought I would, but there is a Suns preview going on right now on Suns.com.

I haven't listened to it yet but am going to listen to at least the Hornacek interview now. His part starts at about the 46:20 mark.

Here is the link. http://www.nba.com/suns/now

I'm not sure what bothers you with this. We could have a good season, make the playoffs, and still see Atlanta, Miami, Toronto, New Orleans and Charlotte higher seeded than us. I think Charlotte might even be the surprise of the league. IMO, the only team on that list that may well be far below us is Miami and that's only if Wade's knees slow them down. Most of those teams are in the East and will have the added benefit of playing more of their games against weaker teams than we will. This is looking like the toughest Western conference that I can recall.

Guys JJ Barea just got bought out by Minnesota, he's available.

He'd be the perfect pass first PG for the Suns.

Gosh, how many point guards does this team need. Lets just fill our whole roster with point guards and see what happens. ;)

It's not too far off in my mind. I have the Suns finishing roughly 14-15th in the league record-wise, though playing in the West we're probably closer to 12-13th "power-wise".

That's what I am saying, suns play in the west but will be better then most of those teams listed. Sorry in no way Charlotte better then the suns. I get it suns may not even make the playoffs but in no way does it make most of those team better then the suns.

Right now I'd put the Hornets at about the Suns equal...maybe even a scinch better. Mark Stein (who I respect) does also (see his espn rankings). Charlotte did well in the playoffs last year until Al Jefferson's foot died, and adding Lance Stephenson was a significant signing.

Charlotte isn't the same 'ol Charlotte. They have a great HC, Al Jefferson has beasting for them, Kemda Walker and Lance Stephenson form one of the better complete backcourts in the league, Noah Vonleh was the best PF in the draft imo and Luke Zeller's & MKG's development and the addition of PJ Hairston will be key.

I wasn't clear when I said I would trade IT to get boogie.

I wasn't implying we trade IT to Sacramento. I was thinking it would be a three team deal due to the points you guys made.

Suns in: Boogie
Suns out: Anyone other then Dragic and Bledsoe

Sac out: Boogie
Sac in: Whatever it takes to get Boogie

3rd team out: Assets to Sacramento
3rd team in: IT

Bledoe and Boogie are tight. If IT starts beefing with any of our guys and/or demands more playing time or a starting role, I'd love to ship him to a team in need or a scoring PG

Perhaps:

Suns in: Boogie
Suns out: 1st round pick, Laker pick, IT,

Sac in: Monroe, Laker pick, TJ Warren
Sac out: Boogie

Det in: IT + 1st round pick
Det out: Monroe

We get our center
Detroit gets their point guard
Sacramento gets a PF with lots of potential, a lottery pick, and a swingman with a bright future. That's the best they could do for Boogie, and I'd actually be kind of jealous of the return.

So Sactown trades Cousins for Monroe/Warren/and a Lotto ?

Best think again.... and really, best to quit thinking about trying to add a player on the caliber of Cousins, without giving up Bled or Dragic. IT did his thing on a bad team, got his paycheck from a better team, and now needs to validate it on the court. IT is a modified version of Nate Robinson.

We won't be able to snag any big guy help without one of the following scenarios
1. The player demands a trade
2. the team realizes they have no shot at the playoffs and has a semi-Tank Fire-Sale (may be IND, ATL, MINN)
3. A playoff contending team suffers an injury and needs reinforcements.
4. A non contending team agrees to move an expiring/or future free agent (like Monroe or Amir Johnson)

I don't see how our meager offerings of IT, Green, Ennis, AGood, etc, Draft Picks are going to get us much during the season. and IMO, the MoBros are untradable for the next 2 yrs.... unless they/one beasts it up.

As far as Charlotte being worse than us ???? I will wager we split with them as they have exactly the type of team that will give us fits. An unmovable object in the middle. Big Al will feast on Len and pick his teeth with Plumlee. Smiling ZBo will look on with giddy anticipation.

Most likely I've seen would be the Gerald Green for Ryan Anderson one. We'd probably have to include a pick or Ennis, which I'd be fine doing.

Boogie isn't going anywhere unless he does something REALLY bad and SAC have to move him. Temperament aside, dude just won a gold medal and they moved IT (who DMC didn't overly like it seems), so they're not moving him for anything other than a massive talent upgrade...which isn't likely
