As a rookie coach, Fish will and should take blame for poor decisions. Criticism ≠ calling for his head.

Criticism and saying they lost because of his mistakes is two different things. The team openly admitted to tucking tail once they got hit in the chin. If your team doesn't have it that night against an "elite" team they don't have it. First game of his coaching career cmon.
