I also think Clifford is weary of playing Biz because he has a little African in him.

+1 for the first part

WTF to the racism

Somebody forgot about the Danny ferry story already...

Oh right.

Think I would have gotten it if he said Cho, didn't think about that. Full +1

That's cool. We can lock him up cheap and then he'll be good for us.

Sidenote can you imagine how good we'd be with klay???

I doubt we resign him in the offseason (unless its for super cheap), 2015 draft is loaded with bigmen that is where i think we find his replacement

This has been one massive, massive disappointment.

it was the smart move regardless of how our front office feels about him. this year's draft AND free agency class is heavy on bigs. that will make it much easier for us to sign a good big for cheaper than we otherwise would have.

Red flag should have went up when he couldn't score on a chair during pre draft workouts.

i think the frowny face gave away the sarcastic intent of my post.

i can see the headlines now "Hornets agree to a 4 year, 8 million dollar extension with former lottery pick Bismack Biyombo" The deal has "catching basketball" clauses in the contract that could lower the amount to 4 mil over the span of the deal.

I honestly would not be surprised if he spent time in the D League next season. Hell, I would send him down there right now. Give him a ton of playing time. I haven't given up on him completely, but hardly any improvements in over 2 seasons.. And Lord knows we gave him the keys to the starting job the first two seasons but he didn't capitalize on that at all.

I remember that game like it was yesterday. I thought he was going to be something utterly amazing in this league.

Is it just me or does it seem like he has WAY more hop in those legs than he does these days?

MJ should make an arrangement with the Panthers to let Biz practice with the WR's he might learn how to catch a ball....oh wait they cant catch either i guess he gets stuck with Greg Olsen

Unless he doesn't latch onto a team and resigns here for Maxiell type money hes gone. Im sitting here watching players like Jordan Hill and Robert Sacre give better minutes than Biyombo did all of last season.

The only difference between then and now is that these days you will never ever ever ever ever see us actually try to give Biz the ball in the post and clear out. He has like the lowest usage in the entire NBA and then some of you act like you're surprised or disappointed when he only score 2 or 4 points in 15 minutes.
