I think the hate on Wes goes too far.
He is a good defender, who can hit the 3 occasionally.

You don't want him taking long range 2 isolation jump shots, but he is a decent player, rather not be starting, but a nice defender.

I don't Q is better than Wes now, but he could be. Biggest problem I heard with Quincy is his IQ. Doesn't remember plays and tends to often drift around not knowing what to do. Also that last roster was Quincy's spot to lose he absolutely folded when the pressure to got to him. I hope he figures it out though, good guy that gives back to the community.
