I can't believe on this forum somebody told me after the Seattle game the Seahawks are as dominant as any team of the last 25 years.

Raiders now only down 24-17.

Would love a SF/Seattle free playoffs.

Great loss by SF, Kap is an awful QB and the D isn't the same.

The Dolphins are really good. If Rodgers didn't single handedly beat them they'd be looking at 5 straight wins.

I've been impressed by them since they beat us. Lions got the Dolphins at home then they go to Arizona and New England. A three game losing streak for them would be lovely.

RealGM is reporting Eagles fear broken collarbone for Foles. NFC East is up for grabs with him and Romo out.

If Foles is out and Romo is dicey for a bit, that might be nice in lowering the bar to a 10-6 NFC East champ. A small chance of a bye is back.

The Lions are about to come back down to earth REAL quick. Dont see them going better the 1-2 in that stretch. Mean while I dont see how we finish the season worse then 6-2 especially with Foles collarbone now. Dont think a 7-1 finish is out of the question either so couple that with the Cowboys turning back into the Cowboys the real question becomes can we catch Arizona for home field andcould both SF and Seattle possibly be watching the playoffs from home???? Damn that'd be awesome.

And yeah the Dolphins got a good team down there. People that hated on that W need to put that in the quality win department

However, if Mark Sanchez beats us, I am immediately going to use my power as one of (10, 20, 100, 300,000?) Packer stockholders to have Mike McCarthy killed and replaced with any young college coach with a great smile.

I hope to god we win but I'm genuinely curious to see how he does going forward. He looked pretty good yesterday. He may not thrive like Foles but it looks like that system can turn anyone with talent into a productive QB. We'll see over the next few weeks because he could turn into a trainwreck as other QBs do when they don't have the "element of surprise" coming in mid-game on a defense. Either that or he could get better with a few weeks of prep.

There isn't a "system" in football, short of having the 2007 Patriots offense, that would make Mark Sanchez look like a good QB. He is what he is.

If we don't smoke that Philly team by at least 2 TDs I will be disappointed...

Right? I thought we were told, at the beginning of the season, that this team was the '85 Bears defense with prime Joe Montana at QB. What happened?

Yeah, it's pretty wide open for a NFC bye, and GB has a pretty good schedule, esp with the Phi injuries from yesterday. Foles but also their MLB Ryans, big loss.

Det's schedule is pretty tough: the next 3 games really tough, then 3 winnable games at home (Chi, TB, Min), then @Chi and @GB to end the year.

He definitely looked solid yesterday.

It's still a big mystery, to me anyway, just how good Foles is as well.

Extremely good point about Ryans. Huge loss for them.

I mean, I think we are inevitably going to win 11 or 12 games and win the division. Frankly, that won't mean much to me in a lot of ways unless we show some areas are shored up on defense and some youngsters step up on offense, though.

Man, this NFC is wide open, though. Not scared of anybody, except possibly SF if they get everyone back.

BTW, did anyone hear that report they shopped Ahmad Brooks? Crazy.
