Stutttering issues watching NBA league pass international

The archived games they are uploading without all the commercial breaks are corrupted. The video keeps freezing while the audio plays, then the video plays in fast forward to catch up to the audio. It's unwatchable.

Yup was just coming on to say the same thing. It is unwatchable for exactly that reason.

Yet when I watch games live there is absolutely no stuttering at all. I don't know what the hell they've done in the off-season but it's annoying as hell as 90% of the games I watch are on archive.

If everyone sends an email threatening to cancel maybe they'll do something about it.

I also made it very clear to them that it only happens for archived games... and that it has nothing to do with my internet speeds as live games work fine. Also let them know that there are a bunch of people complaining about it on a forum so it is not an isolated issue and is pissing a whole heap of people off who are ready to cancel subscriptions and complain direct to the NBA.

Unfortunately my dealings in the past with these guys is they like to treat you like a dumb user and give you the run around. If you show them you know what's going on they can't bull you.

Yeah, I just emailed these guys as well. For a few things, because their PS3 app sucks mostly.

But got two emails back right away about the stuttering. Basically saying they know about it and looking into it.

League pass is such garbage.

Is it really that hard to fix? any explanation why this is happening? Do the US LP has the same problem?
Whose cousin/brother in law/lollipoper has Silver put in charge of the ILP?

I just sent them the following report and would appreciate if others can reproduce and confirm it:

I did what you suggested and it didn't work. To see the issue yourself, just watch the end of this game:

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to the 4th quarter
2. Click the one-before-last event in the time line (Harkless steals the ball from Martin)

Result: A few seconds after, you'l see the stutter. The video is stuck for a few seconds. Additional stutters follow in the next minute. I checked different browsers and computers and the result is the same. Conclusion; It's in your tapes and has nothing to do with my connection. Every time I watch this part it stutters in *exactly the same location*. Please let someone technical read my report, because it's trivial to tell that this problem is in the recording and not in the connection, otherwise it would have stuttered in *different parts* each time.

Looking forward to confirmation from you that you can reproduce this issue, that you acknowledge it's on your side and that you're going to fix it very soon.

At least you got a response. I just blasted them because I sent an email 5 days ago and heard absolutely nothing back... for the second time.

I ended up emailing their Media Department instead to tell them what a disgrace their support department was.

i have no serious problems with stuttering no more...but as of today i am dissalowed to watch the games with no explanation and reason given? and i am encouraged to buy a subscription when I already bought one-League Pass Premium (Monthly)???!!
