bottom of the top 5 Id agree.... Which is Brandon Marshall money 12-13 million a year ..... not 15 million and DAMN SURE not 17 million that CJ is getting

I couldn't agree more.
Tag him and work on a middle ground for long term

I agree too.

I think he is a top 10 to 15 Wr. I think he is a top 4 red zone threat behind two TEs and Johnson. I think that makes him top 5 worthy.

PISSED? Really? I have not seen that statement. He has said he'd be "highly disappointed". Personally I don't see how that can be interpreted as PISSED. Funny if we overstate any thing about the Eagles your up in arms. Two way street dude.

But honestly, .... I don't see Dez having a lot of mild reactions in his life.

Can't argue, but highly disappointed is not PISSED in my book. I've been disappointed by my son and I've been pissed at him. No where near the same to me.

Same as I have pissed off my dad and I have disappointed him.

Goodto see you Nick

and he is actually asking for 120 million Half guaranteed

and **** him if he doesnt want to be tagged ..... He either has to play and earn a contract else where or he can slack and **** himself .....

The TAG is the best option at this moment

Gotta think inflation since CJ signed his contract ... which I understand ..... I just dont think Dez is worth more than what the Tag price would be .... hell we could tag him for 3 years cheaper than what he wants as a contract
Only difference is tag him you cant restructure ..... which we do Way to much of any way

If Dez is putting up this kind of stink already regarding his upcoming contract I'm all in favor of trading him to be honest. I'd rather sign Murray. We are already committed to a run dominating style of offense with our commitment to putting a great O-line together. Why defer to something different now. I"d like to trade his ass and see how much we can get for him. With 2 stud D-lineman and a shut down corner for next year would be sweet. Imagine how many games we will always be in when we can dominate the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball, with or without Dez.

I get your point, but I kind of side with Malko on this one. That's just a nice way of saying I'm going to be pissed. But, $12M is a lot of money, so I don't think too many are going to feel sorry for him. Heck, it takes me over 3 months to make that much :D

No doubt. if Dez had Tyron's head he'd already have that long term contract...

First off the trade deadline has passed. Secondly, I wouldn't be trading one of our best players and throwing away the year when we are in the middle of a playoff race even if it hadn't. But, I do agree that the dedication to the run and the Improved OL makes getting by without Dez a little easier if we end up not resigning him. But, I go back to my original comment. Jerry will sign Dez and there is no question IMO. I agree with most, that the guaranteed money is the biggest worry. Love the talent, but the signs are always there about the volcano right below the surface.

My problem isn't so much "Highly Disappointed" being interpreted as PISSED, especially with Dez. My problem is Malko taking offense to Cowboy fans calling Eagles season over because of the Foles injury. Now before Malko freaks out on me here I don't think Sanchez is a huge drop off from Foles and they should be fine. It just that Malko doesn't want others to question the Eagles but he's more than happy to stretch the truth on the Cowboys.
