I just heard a stat on the radio that there are over 100 sacks fewer this yr at this time compared to last yr. Thats a pretty big number. Shorter passes? Ball coming out quicker? Qbs throwing it away ? Maybe all these hurries are big.

teams ( not all) are going back to the BORING run .... Like us .... Football runs in trends .... Running = fewer sacks

Interesting. Maybe also enforcing penalties more on DBs means coverage isn't as good and easier for QBs to get the ball to them.

As far as coverage- anyone watch Cleveland last night? Damn. Mo Claiborne was supposedly better than Hayden and Peterson. I know Dalton is average and had a terrible game but the Browns DBs totally wrecked that game.
