Don't you have to suit a couple of players? No minutes available for him, he's Mr. End of Bench

Doc doesn't like to play rookies very much and he's redundant on this team anyway (which is why he was an awful pick to begin with).

LOL i hear ya, Quake, I really do.

but guys like Martin to Vaught signed up to this forum because they have something to say and love this team just as we do. you know damn well that i don't personally have any reasons to panic but as much as i disagree with their assessment as for now, I do not wish to shut them up entirely on certain days because this is what a discussion forum is supposed to be.

as long as nobody gets out of line to make it personal and attack certain fellow clipper poster, Im cool with it.

although i do have issues with non-clipper fans posting and criticizing us. I guess its the old illogical cliche of "i can talk **** about my sister but if you do, I will punch you in the mouth" logic.

I'm a "Negative Nancy"? News to me. I'm just calling it like I see it - they're playing like crap right now and have some pretty huge flaws that don't portend playoff success. It'd be pretty boring if everyone on here did what the players are apparently doing and blew sunshine up each other's asses. 8-)

don't take it too seriously....i mean that.

with all the hate outside of the forum, I'm not going at Clipper fans anymore.

I had a couple riffs last year with people who didn't think we were on OKC's level. Turns out we were, even without wings, and we (chris paul) choked away the series in Game 5.

it's who i am.
it's who you are.
it's how we respond to Clipper stimuli.
I call you a negative nancy.
Clemenza comes in the threads and says where is everybody who predicted 60 wins.

it's a cycle.
we'll all give each other a big wet kiss when we win the championship.

lol

I have no problem with constructive criticism of the team at all, should happen. It is good for discussion too.

Even being negative about some things is fine, but the sky is falling type "is all over", "the team is doomed" after a couple of games or during any rough stretch is just weird and doesn't really help with discussion much.

It's okay though, most will land somewhere in the balanced region, but we'll always have the extremes of those who think it's all over every time the team loses a game and those who think the team is perfect and there's no flaws and thought the team could have won in 11-12.

Hope the team responds accordingly after the way Doc ripped them to shreds in the media. Crawford & Bullock should start over Redick/Barnes and Cunningham needs more minutes since all Farmar does is shot and rarely anything else beneficial.

I agree with all this. It's time to try something new. If Reddick isn't making shots he's essentially useless. I'd still start him to see if he's on but if he misses his first few shots I might pull him after 3-4 minutes and go with Crawford and Cunningham the rest of the way. Farmar hasn't been too bad but I'd like to see if Cunningham can spark our bench. He's a lot more like Bledsoe and Collison than Farmar is. I think Bullock needs to start and I'd even consider going with Turkuglu over Barnes. I don't think making lineup changes this early would be overreacting for a team that is playing so far below expectations.

12 active players and a minimum of 1 inactive players.

Davis has been the only player out due to an extended injury so far. So it could be awhile before Wilcox gets the chance to suit up.

On a side note, I'm hoping that Ballmer will get the Clippers their own D-League team next season. Not only is our current affiliate in Indiana, it's shared with 12 other teams.
