why does Temple get to play so much no matter how bad he plays. Missing everything and he's not even being a stopper. All he does is overplay and gets beat on the backdoor yet never learns from it

Will Pierce hit an open 3 this year?

Pierce shooting .371 thus far this season and he isn't helping his stats with this game.

I'd rather take out Pierce. He's not doing anything at either end

Because he is playing better than Pierce.

Every team just pick-and-rolls us to death, in part because they're virtually guaranteed to get into the lane. We're making these guys look like Tony Parker or in-his-prime Steve Nash.

The bigs have to take better angles to hedge. Otherwise, we'll be seeing this for the rest of the season.

Anyone dumb enough to think this team is better without Ariza...you're an idiot. And i'm talking to the guy in my signature.

We need a lock defender... good team D but we need someone can lock down the best guard/wing. I thought that would be Temple but not so much... maybe Porter in time?

A lot of statistics pointed to Ariza being the most valuable player on the team last year. I know Wall is most irreplaceable, but Ariza was a quality perimeter defender. The only one last season.

I wonder if the Wizards played badly in the 2nd half so people wouldn't get 1/2 off their Papa John's pizza.- I can see EG with his extra cash now.

Paul shot lights out during the first 4 games. He is assisting & rebounding very well, but this is the third game in a row that his shot is simply not there. The last time this happened was 11/2013 - when it turns out that he played the entire month of 11/2013 with an UNdiagnosed fractured shooting hand. Between 12/2013 & 4/2014, after his hand had healed, his advanced stats were freaking AWESOME!

Two possibilities: He has an undisclosed injury again OR his 37 year legs pooped out playing 4 games in 5 nights. Hope it is the former.

At least, the Wiz held them off & got their 5th W in 7 games.
SamIam 2010: Truth's ability to play so incredibly efficiently is so UNDERAPPRECIATED. Bballcool 2012: Amazing how great Pierce has been for so long. Continues to defy age! KG 2013: P is original Celtic. Wherever he goes, we go. This is The Truth's house.
