Kind of an arbitrary stat, but still cool considering he was tied with those guys when they have 10 years on him

It seems weird that 17 is the most anybody's had. I would have said Rodgers has one of the best deep balls ever even without seeing that, but it's kind of eye-popping that he's already there. I would assume they're mostly Jordy and Jennings.

Nah, just this year's and next year's base are guaranteed right now. That's 38m though. If they cut him before March next year, they avoid the first 10m of his 2016 deal becoming guaranteed, but still have to pay him his 16.5 for next year (plus the remaining 3m on his restructuring bonus for a total cap hit of 19.5m).

Then the March before the following season, the rest of that year's base becomes guaranteed. It is similar to a 54m full guarantee in that cutting him before 2017 gives Cutler a huge amount of money to not play. But technically, they don't have to pay him all of it yet.
