Cam Newton looks like a broken man, physically and spiritually.

Nice win by the Birds tonight. Along with the Giants game, this was probably their best all around performance of the season. Yes, Carolina isn't a very good team, but we did what we were supposed to do and then some on our home field.

Thus far, Sanchez has shown that he can fit in well with Chip's offense, and Matthews is quickly emerging as our number 2 receiver behind Maclin. Sproles was Sproles tonight. I'm still shocked we were able to get him for a fifth rounder.

The defense was pretty much stifling against Newton and their O Line aside from those two TDs to Benjamin late when the game was already well in hand.

However, next week at Green Bay is probably our toughest test of the season.

Good game yesterday, as I'm in Australia I had to wait until I got home from work to watch it and it was worth the wait haha. If the defense didn't take the foot off the Gas it would have been 45-14 and Carolina would have had under 250 total yards which would have put our defense right up there with the best of them, especially the Rams game a couple of weeks back where we gave up some points in the end also. I think our defense would be talked about a hell of a lot more if it wasn't for these silly points. Our offense like Chip says made a few mistakes and needs to be more crisp against the Packers next week, especially the run game. I love how we haven't scratched the surface yet and we're still improving and our record is 7-2. Go Eagles lets beat these Packers.

Sanchez died and went to heaven. I think be'll be a star in CK's offense. He's a veteran and he's got talent. It would be sweet if he becomes a perennial all-pro QB. That would be slow agony for Jets fans. There's never enough of that for them.
“This may be one of the best jobs in basketball right now,” Colangelo said at a press conference introducing him as the new GM of the 76ers after Sam Hinkie resigned.

Mehn. That game is going to have a NCAA basketball-like final score.

With the Palmer injury in ARI, there is a very strong chance we could finish with the 1st seed.

Guys I read that there are only two NFL teams in history that had a better record than their respective city NBA team (Dallas and Denver) and they both went on to win the SB.

I wouldn't mind going 0-82 if Eagles finally win a damn SB.

By better record, I assume you mean that their NFL team won more games all season than their NBA team did, right?

Wow what an embarrassing showing today. I wasn't expecting a win but it's like both sides and the special teams didn't show up. This is worse then the Mavs game for the Sixers IMO. Our secondary sucks and now the QB situation long-term looks murky at best. I know it's only one game, but we've once again come up small against another NFC contender. Not a good situation for a team that's likely going to be battling for a playoff spot.

off the top of my head, I can totally see that.

Mavs won like 11 games in 93-94 or something like that. Cowboys were winning 12-13 games

and I know the Nuggets were an 11 win team in 98. Broncos were a 14 win team I want to say during Elways last season

It's demoralising, but we couldn't possibly play any worse than what we did today. I expected a lot more from the offence in a game we knew we had to put up 30-40 points to even come close to winning. The o-line is starting to be a real problem.

Never thought we'd be leaving Lambeau with a W, but that was a beatdown of epic proportions.

We have the Titans next week and then a tough schedule the rest of the way.
