I'm not feeling great about the game, so here's hoping for a pleasant surprise.

I pretty much write November off every year. This is the time when Pop plays with rotations, runs new plays and new variations on old plays, lets the old guys get their legs under them, etc., so I can always live with November losses. As crazy as things are in the conference lately, I don't think it hurts us too much regarding standings (although Houston continues to impress, and I'd like to at least get that division title).

My big concern is with the energy level and the good guys' body language. They just haven't looked good to me, and it's not going to get any easier to muster late-game energy 50 or 60 games from now.

Sorry... ha ha. I don't mean to sound overly negative. I know we'll be there come May/ June; I just don't want us to sputter TOO much out of the gate, lest we be subjected to another season of the press buzzing about how '...the Spurs are finally done.'

Go Spurs!

Neither am I. The Warriors have looked really really good so far despite all of their turnover problems. If Klay sits we might have a chance.

Duncan and Manu are questionable tonight. On the other side, Klay is questionable making things much easier on the defensive end. Still, playing without five of our main pieces doesn't make life too easy for us. Our D has been solid, but our offense has been completely inept.

If we limit the turnovers and hit wide open shots we should be able to start a winning streak of some sort. Weird fact being thrown around, we have only three dunks so far this year. Most alarming is the 29th in offensive proficiency. It's hard watch, our three point shooting has been terrible.

If Duncan and Manu sit we're screwed. Maybe just limit their minutes? I know it's still early but we can't afford to throw two games in the span of a week or so.

No doubt. Sounds like Manu's going to play though, he got both of his ankles taped up. Seem.s like something you wouldn't bother with if your sitting.

Also sounds like Klay is a go.

Glad to see Tim and Manu play. We need Marco and Tiago back to do more sitting. We're doing good with TO's but still missing open threes. Danny in away team form. Anderson looking nervous when getting the ball on offense. Hopefully we see a higher shooting percentage next half.

Best game so far this season! Steve Kerr is the best thing to ever happen to Klay. Parker was unstoppable and Kawhi was amazing as well.

Totally agree. I greatly enjoyed what I saw, and it was the best we've looked all year. Not only that, but we beat a great team on the road, one night after beating ANOTHER great team in THEIR building.

Rounding into form. Go Spurs!

With the Lakers on Friday, it seems like we should be on a little three gane win streak with Sacramento the following night. Hopefully Tiago can play versus the Kings. Boogie is playing out of his mind this year and we have struggled defending premiere bigs like Howard, Davis, Griffin, and Maurice Speights (lol) this year.

As much as people have been (justifiably) buzzing about Sactown and Cousins this year, if we can take that game, I think I'll be almost completely over all the early-season jitters I've had.

I'd like to see us beat the Lakers by about 73 points.

Great win last night. TP and Kawhi were amazing.
