That's why I want to see McRob starting over Williams as soon as he's ready for starter mins. McRob isn't the best rebounder either, but I heard he boxes out pretty well, which should allow Bosh and others to collect more rebounds.
Williams isn't strong and tough enough to be a great box-out guy even if he tried.
All this high % shooting from him has been nice, and he was a great pick-up, but we don't wanna fall in love with his spacing ability because he doesn't really contribute in other areas that are important in winning games.. ball movement, boxing-out, help defense, all the intangibles indicate that McBob is a much superior player.
With the right personnel and the collective effort, I believe that we can be decent at rebounding.
